The Curt ball mount has a receiver above the ball mount that will raise your cargo carrier 3-9/16 inches off of the ground to avoid scraping the driveway. I'd recommend a Bearing Buddy bearing protector. If your outer bearing is # L44649 or # L44643, and you have a 1.980 hub bore diameter, you'd use # BB1980A-SS.
