You can absolutely install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma using the Tekonsha Plug-In Harness # 3041-P. The instructions state specifically: Take the drivers side splash guard and position it against the frame mounting bracket, mark the are that needs to be cut from the splash guard to clear the bracket.
