According to Roadmaster, the correct base plate kit is part # 521020-1B, unless it has a brush guard.
To complete your flat towing system, you'll also need a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter if the height difference between the motorhome and base plates is greater than 3 inches.

Per the instructions, the rear impact bar that you referenced will need to be removed to install a trailer hitch like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 11128 on your 1989 Suzuki Sidekick.
