For the battery, you can put a maintenance charge on your trailer battery with the 12 volt accessory circuit of the 7-way. The 1:00 position of your 7-way carries this circuit. That said if for some reason there isn't a hole to pass the line through you certainly could drill the mount so that a line could pass through it. We have had this come up in the past and Firestone has confirmed that yes, the:
-Firestone Coil-to-Air-Spring Conversion Kit # F2595 can lower your truck when compressed to the minimum 5 PSI, however they do not specify how much lower the truck will be.

I do not have a diagram that shows the correct wire to splice in to connect to the cold side of the stop light switch on your 2021 Ram 1500, but to find the correct wire you will need to look at the brake pedal, and find the switch. Once you find the switch you will need a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to find the correct wire. The Curt # C51180 Echo will work just fine on your Rebel , and the computer would not need to be re-flashed at the dealer in order for the Echo to operate. The Echo gets operates independently of the trailer brake circuit on the truck so it'll work great for you right out of the box. As long as the 12v power feed circuit on the vehicle is active (it should be) and you have a smart phone with a recent OS, the controller will work great for you.
