Installation Tekonsha P3 Brake Controller in 2019 Ram 1500

Question:

I just trade in my 2016 ram 1500 for a new Ram 2019 1500. would my controller work with my new ram. do i need an adapter.

The brake controller wiring harness needed to install your # 90195 Tekonsha P3 in your 2019 Ram 1500 has not changed. The 2019 model, whether it be the New Body or the Classic still uses the # 3024-P. However, the plug location is different in the New Body, it's behind a panel right under the HVAC controls as shown in the photo I've provided.
