Hopefully your Cayenne has a higher tongue weight rating than what you listed when used with a weight distribution system. Otherwise there is not safe way I can recommend you tow a trailer that exceeds it's towing capacities.

When towing, using weight distribution or not, you are limited to the capacity of the lowest rated component in the system. Even if a hitch is rated higher than the vehicle you would still go by the capacity of the vehicle. You can check your owner's manual but from what I found 617 pounds tongue weight is the limit for the vehicle and that is what you would want to go by.

We do not have a converter to go from a 7-Way blade-style trailer connector to a rectangular 7-Way. You will need to either change the connector on the 2004 Porsche Cayenne or the one on the trailer. The one on the trailer will be easier to change. You could use # H20042.

Since your factory mirror housing may not be conducive to the strap-on towing mirror style like # 7070 you have another option.

Yes the Thule Hitching Post 4 Bike Rack part # TH934XTR would work out fine with your bikes. Both bikes have a slight drop in the top tube from what I could find so you could use the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # 64005 to keep the rear tires from being propped up into the air and allow the bike to sit more level but it is not necessary.
