The port you will want to plug your brake controller wiring adapter # 3040-P into will be located under the dash on the left side, behind the fuel and hood latch levers. Additionally because this box is 40" wide and you're adding a 36" cargo box next to it, you would need at least 78" of bar space to ensure that both items are fully supported by the crossbars on your 2013 Lexus LX570. The closest adapter we have to what you need is the Torklift part # TLW6021. This is a 7-way adapter that has a male end on one side and a female on the other. It measures a little longer than you requested at 24 inches though.
