I may have a solution for you, but we do not have any 12" trailer wheels with a metric bolt pattern. However, typically trailer hubs will have a standard bolt pattern that is measured in inches, so a standard 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern wheel should work for you. I will link an article on how to measure the bolt pattern on your wheel if you cannot find it anywhere on your hubs or current wheels.

As long as the inside diameter of the existing brake drums is 12 inches and the existing pads are 2 inches wide, the # AKEBRK-7-SA self adjusting 12 inch brake assemblies would work perfectly for you.
Before replacing just the brake assemblies, you'll want to examine the armature surface of the existing drums (the inside surface of the drum where the face of the magnets ride) to make sure they're not grooved or pitted. The weak part on a trailer wheel in terms of psi capacity is usually just the valve stem itself. Replacing the existing valve stem with a metal unit like the Americana # AM20906 will allow for a maximum air pressure of up to 200 psi so you can maintain the listed 110 max psi on your new tires.
