It looks like there has been some similar issues before with the Everchill RV Wine Cooler part # 324-000115 not cooling properly and per the manufacturer, you'll first want to make sure the unit is on as level ground as possible. Then, you'll want to unplug the cooler, empty it, and wait twenty four hours until plugging it back in. Are any messages showing on the control panel? According to Lippert there should be an error description on there if there's a problem. Typically, the blinking orange lamp indicates which jack is the low spot. If the control panel is blank, Lippert recommends unplugging the panel for a minimum of 15 minutes. I spoke to Lippert and they said to check a few things. First, they did say to double check the battery and make sure it is not dropping under 12 volts. The system will always draw from the battery, even when attached to shore power, and the controller needs to stay constant. They mentioned that a common cause of this will be a ground issue. To manually reset your Lippert Ground Control part # LC675817 you'll need to hold down the retract and enter buttons at the same time. I would also check the wiring with a digital multimeter # PT89ZR to ensure that you aren't losing power at the other jacks.

The location of your fuse on your Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A is on the back of the unit below the 20 pin connector. To access this fuse, you will have to remove the side panels, so you can access the screws. Once the screws are removed, you can access this fuse.
You also might try checking your 12v power with # PTW2991 to ensure you're getting the proper operating voltage.

Wire colors alone are not a reliable way to figure out what signal the wire carries but heavier gauge wires are often used for the trailer's main ground (usually a white wire), for 12V auxiliary power for the trailer or for the brake circuit on the trailer (if it has electric brakes) for which usually a blue wire is used.

The RR error code on your Lippert Ground Control # LC358590 is one of the errors listed in the manual, and it states to check harness connections at controller and at jack, check harness for damage and repair or replace as necessary. Normally to clear a code like this you have to extend the jacks 6 inches before retracting.

I would first check the fuses in the rear fuse box that were included in the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118253 on your 2011 Honda Pilot. It sounds like the 2021 Jayco travel trailer that you picked up may have just tripped the fuse for the running lights. The Jayco has a lot more running lights than your traditional utility trailer and may have blown the fuse.
I do not see there being a ground wire issue if all the lights work but the running lights.

In regards to the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System part # EQ37140ET, yes the springs bars should have tension under load. This is a pretty heavy duty system so odds are there is just more tension than you're used to. The angle set bolt should not be loose, it should be tightened until the spacer rivet is firmly against the shank per the instructions.

It sounds like the issue may be in the control box. There is a way to troubleshoot the control box and that is by switching the control boxes from each recliner to the other. If the recliner that does not close now, closes with the opposite control box and vice versa, you will need to replace that control box.
