The only roof rack that will fit your Prelude is the SeaSucker Roof Rack which comes with 48" Monkey Bars and 6 vacuum cups, part # 298-SX6000B.
Either option has a 150 lb weight capacity but that has more to do with the strength of the crossbars and your vehicle than it does the vacuum cups. When we installed the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98855 on a 2019 Honda Odyssey we found that from the ground to the top of the inside of the receiver measured 14". When you subtract that from the 16" measurement you took for your trailer coupler that gives you a difference of 2". This means you are looking at a ball mount with a rise of about 2" (see attached picture).

After doing some research The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13421 will be hidden the most compared to the other trailer hitches. The OEM hitch you can get from the factory is a little more hidden but barely. The Curt hitch will all be hidden besides the 2 inch receiver head.

Yes, you will be able to install either the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR or Elite # RED44FR trailer brake controller on your 2023 Honda Ridgeline. You're going to need a custom trailer hitch receiver and a custom wiring harness for starters. On your 2019 Honda Odyssey I recommend the etrailer.com hitch, part # 76170. One option is air bags like the AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60740. This kit will let you adjust air pressure in the springs to even the load that is in your 2003 Honda Odyssey. From my research your 2018 Honda Accord can tow up to 1,000 pounds since it has the 2.0L. According to the owner's manual the 1.5L is not designed for towing and if someone tries to tow with one the warranty may be voided. Yikes!
