The 2014 Dodge Journey has a small spoiler at the top of rear hatch. Because of that spoiler you will not be able to hook in the car clips, # RL100605, or use the Rightline cargo bag, # RL100B90. The clips and straps would put too much stress on that spoiler.

I can help you identify your tail lights as the images you sent are of a connector that is not part of the taillight wiring on your 2013 Dodge Journey.
