Yes, the Thule Passage 2 Bike Rack, # TH910XT, will fit on your 2009 Dodge Journey. The only footnotes are that the rear wiper can not be used when the bike rack in installed and that the lower arm of the bike rack needs to be positioned on the upper tier of the bumper.

The # TH910XT bike rack is a 2 bike rack and has a 70 lbs. weight capacity. It has the No-Sway Cage cradles which prevent bike-to-bike contact and bike-to-vehicle contact. The dual support arms fold down when not being used.

If you are going to be carrying womens or childrens bikes that do not have the horizontal bar at the top of the frame, you will want to use the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT. It attaches to the center seat post and to the handlebar post and provides a horizontal bar, so the bike can ride level on the bike rack.

I also have the Thule Cable Lock, # TH538XT, which is a 6 foot cable that allows you to lock your bikes to the bike rack.
