You'll want to choose the correct weight distribution hitch based off of the fully loaded tongue weight of your trailer; your tongue weight should be between 10-15% of the GVWR of your trailer. Based off of these estimates you're going to have a trailer that has a loaded tongue weight of roughly 1000-lbs.

The Lippert Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizer Kit # LC314336 for tandem 5.2K axles should be a drop-in replacement for the standard equalizers on your trailer which have about 16-inches between shackle bolt holes. Before we can find you the replacement spring that would work for you, you will have to take off a current spring off your 2014 Coachmen Clipper 17BH and measure from the center of the spring eye to the center of eye spring along the curve. We would also need to know the weight capacity of your axle.
