Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Prest-O-Fit four piece step rug set for the Lippert solid step RV steps. Now this rug set is going to wrap around each of these four steps on your Lippert solid step with the 20 1/8 inch wide steps. And on your screen for your reference, I am including the model number of these steps that these rugs are going to fit. And if you've already noticed, this one looks a little bit different. This one I do not have installed.

I'm gonna walk through that installation process with you, but our top step and then the bottom two steps are installed. And so hopefully this gives you a good idea of what these are going to look like installed, what they're gonna look like when they are ready to go on your set of steps. And just to talk a little bit about the material, each of these step rugs have a heavy duty UV protected outdoor turf. So that turf is resistant to fading as well as to mold and mildew. These strong bristle fibers are going to easily remove dirt and debris from your shoes.

So there's gonna be less sweeping and mopping inside of your RV, which is always a good thing. And then when it comes time to clean them off, it's gonna be very easy. You can just spray them down with a hose while they're on the steps and let them air dry, and you're gonna be good to go. The carpeted design is gonna be also perfect for your pets as it covers those hard uninviting metal steps that potentially could scare them off. Now let me take this rug off here and just show you underneath.

Underneath there's a textured rubber back, which is going to help keep them in place, along with some other additional methods to keep them secured on your steps. So these step rugs are going to install with a combination of hook and loop strips that you see here. And then these zinc plated, rust resistant steel springs. So I'm bringing that into view there just so you can get a good view of these springs. So you're gonna get four springs for each step rug.

And then what's nice about this type of installation is then you're gonna be able to easily remove these step rugs if you wanted to do a deeper cleaning on them. You just take the springs off and then unfasten the hook and loop fasteners. You can clean the rug off and then when it's clean, you can then just fasten it back on with the hook and loop strips and the springs. So let me go ahead and see if I can give you a brief demonstration of how this is going to work. I do wanna show you how the springs connect. So when you have the rug on the step, you're just going to run the hook through the hole, and then connect it just like that underneath the step. So that the springs are gonna provide that tension along with the hook and loop strips to keep the rugs in place. So I'm gonna go ahead and see if I can walk through that real quick. This to show you how quick it will be to install. So I'm just gonna obviously go one hole at a time here. Now it might be a little bit easier, and I'm unable to do that for our demonstration purposes, but it might be easier to actually raise these steps up because that would make it easier to install. But I'm just gonna go ahead and do it like this here real quickly. So what I'm doing is I'm popping one hook in the hole of the rug, and then stretching that spring to the other hole on the other side of the rug. Let me come over here and this is not going to take too long at all. And like I said, those springs provide just enough tension to hold the rugs in place. Get this last one in there. And the color of these rugs are in an buck skin brown, is the official color name. And so if you're looking for something of that color, this is really going to go well with the design of your camper if it's more of a brown color. These do come with these two alignment guides that'll help you install that rug there. And so you will get that included. Instructions are also included as well to walk you through the very easy installation process, but they look really good. Once they are installed on each of the steps, they're gonna hold up really well for you. No screws, no glue, no tools needed. As you can see, very easy installation.
