Use this kit to make your own bunkboard boat guide. This kit comes with everything you need except the boards. Use this kit when our standard 5' bunkguide is not long enough.
Pre-Galvanized Steel
Pre-galvanized steel parts are stamped from a sheet of steel after it has already been galvanized. The galvanized coating is very thin (0.45 oz. on each side).

Ordered the 5 feet boat trailer rail kit. Easy to assemble and its "still as new" a year later. If you have winds in your area, the 5 feet rail helps guide your boat on/off the trailer easier. Recommend!
Very quick delivery with standard shipping. Due to the width of my trailer I had to slightly modify to get the bunks close to the hull. No big deal as I had the material here to make the extra parts. Tested them out today and wow what a difference. I wish I had purchased these two years ago when I bought the boat. Would highly recommend these to others. Thanks for a great product.
The items arrived right on time the first. I opened the cartoon CK items every piece was there this was a set of brackets for guild rails for our pontoon boat l loosely put the brackets on the side rails then went to a Amish SAW mill. Got 2 2+4+8 put Thompson water seal on them with the help of my wife we put the material on them went on very ease with her help didn't have staples so we fastened it down with roofing nails we had then fasten the. Rails to the upright brackets with only one screw in each bracket till I had them adjusted where I wanted them then tighted down slowly adjusting them on the way very easy to put on even for a 81 yr old ready TO go next spring I think I will like the 8ft length over the shorter ones I find e trailer has a good line of products makes. Working out GOOD BUT AFTER PUTTING BOAT IN WATER I MOVED THE GUILD RAILS FORWARD ON TRAILER LOOKS GOOD ON TRAILER
Today I installed this on my boat trailer. Everything was provided as requested. The parts are extremely strong and it was easy to install. I expect it is going to make my job of loading my boat much easier and I'm very happy with their delivery time and quality product. Thanks

This worked great to help land my boat and keep it centered on the trailer. My trailer is a touch undersized so it needs to fit just right to not hit the wheel wells. My first use was on a fast moving river and i undershot the landing resulting in widespread panic. Was able to slam it home and basically power land it. Before I just had the PVC guide poles and they are really only a visual reference. I would have made a mess of everything had i not had the guides. The carpet is of good quality and the fittings all made sense. I installed it with 1" to gap on both sides and worked great. I also bought the oversized u bolts as i had a 3x5 aluminum I beam trailer. Oh its a 19' 3600# tri hull boat.

This is probably the best thing I ever bought for my boat trailer. For years I fought loading my 19 foot aluminum boat on a trailer in the Wind. Now I can load it myself no problem at all
Had s pair of extra 6' bunks and used this kit to mount them as side guide ins on my boat trailer. Took some trial and error to find the right position (above or below the frame) but, once I found the "sweet spot", the rest was a breeze. The kit came with everything I needed to get the job done. Each part fit perfectly and the only modification I had to do is to cut the horizontal side of the arms to size since they protruded fat in under the boat and were hitting the keel. Nothing a dianond blade could not handle in 5 min....
These do the job, easy to install. Beware, for a 5" tall frame you need TWO packs of extra long bolts, PN 11416
I would like for these to be about 12" higher, as they line up near the bottom of the boat, but do line up the boat fine when pulling out of the water.
If you have a heavy boat like mine, you will probably use 2x6 wood, and need an extra carpet kit if you don't want to see 2" of wood.
I am so satisfied with the bunkboard guide-on kit that I am ordering another one for my other trailer. The swivel brackets are the cat's meow, just perfect. About the best I've seen. Good product. Thanks
Service was excellent. I have the guides installed but have not put them to the test. Product is well made and the uprights seem very strong. I bought the kit so that I could make the boards out of pressure treated lumber and the exact length that I needed them. It takes a little longer to make them this way, but the wood is pressure treated. According to CE Smith website the ones in the complete kit are untreated southern yellow pine. They should be treated and the cost difference is not a lot for treated lumber.

The product came when it was expected and looks like it will do the job. My new boat is in rigging now but when I get it home I'll will install the guides. The dealership uses this brand and they appear to be sturdy and well built.
product seems to be made out of good materials for the application. The length of the horizontal portion could be longer as I will have to mount these at full max extension to fit my 16' deep vee aluminun that only has a 6' 4" beam

Haven't installed yet but they look very good. My only wish would be that they were available hot dipped galvanized instead of pre galvanized. Excellent product though.

Trying to make it work for a pontoon boat. Still a work in progress.
Have not used product yet. I ordered on a Monday and the package arrived Wednesday! All parts were in the box and looks like it will work fine. I will defiantly shop at etrailer again!

I received an extra upright but there were no bolts that hold the angled board plates to the uprights in the package. Otherwise, a good assembly.
