Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement spine and the front wheel tray for your Yakima Holdup EVO bike racks. Now this part here will replace the spine and the front wheel tray on the Yakima Holdup EVO bike racks. Works on the bike rack, part number is Y02479, Y02479-2, or the Y02480. This will also work with the Yakima Holdup EVO +2 bike add-on, which is part number Y02484.

All those items we do sell separately on our website. Now this is designed to install on the tray furthest from your vehicle on your bike carrier or the two bike extension. And you can see your front wheel tray, when you pull this and you just lower that out your front wheel would sit right in here up against the tray here, and then you'll have your rear wheel back here tied down. And then when you remove your bike and you're ready to just store it, you can pull this wheel tray in and it'll lock. You can hear it click right down there to hold this bar in place.

Now the front arm, which is designed to slide on the shaft, and the wheel cup, which installs back here to hold the rear wheel, those items are not included. We do sell those separately if you need 'em and they are usually listed on this product page as a related product.
