The service is excellent. I placed the order on a Sunday and 2 days later I was installing the handle. Originally I was going to install the handle on the outside to assist entry, but I was tired of placing my hand on the wall when I exit the camper, so I mounted it on the inside by the door. Personally I thought the screws were a little large for my application so I used a #12 instead. I always compare prices before I buy and for me, no one has ever beat their prices. Please don't let the low prices fool you, they sell quality merchandise. When you call them on the phone, they know their inventory and can answer your questions about their products. I still compare prices and so far no one beats their prices. If I do find an item and its higher on their website, I would pay the extra money just because of their prompt service and the courtesy they have extended to me in the past.225750

My wife is not as able bodied as she once was after knee surgeries, a knee and hip replacement and various other surgeries. As a result she has difficulty getting up into our American Tradition. I was looking for a handle to secure to the right hand side of the steps to assist her. I looked at many handles and after viewing the video on theis handle decided this was the one. This is a large, sturdy, padded handle that works just fine. I decided to mount the handle on the inside by the door because I was tired of grabbing the wall every time I exit the camper. I will get another one to replace the cheesy one that came on the toy hauler on the outside.225752

Can't comment on the products as I haven't yet installed or used them but I can comment on the service, which was excellent.
