It's durable, very easy to install. It's made from a sturdy plastic to protect the idler head from the elements, and you can see it has a nice high gloss, black finish to it. I would have given these covers 5 stars if they included the mounting hardware (really for the price they should include the mounting hardware).
They also don't tell you what you need for mounting hardware.
FOR THE NEXT PERSON: I used TWO #6 SCREWS that were 3/4 INCHES LONG. (5/8 seemed too short).

The don't ask about the customer service experience just the product overall rating. (If they did I would give their customer service TEN out of FIVE stars). Roger was incredibly helpful in helping me figure out exactly what I needed when I called in and asked about the "cover thing for the awning." I took photos and emailed them to him and he was able to know exactly what I needed. Kudos to Roger!
