Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Roadmaster replacement pins for your base plate. Now, these are going to replace the pins that securely attach your tow bar to your base plate. And whether you've lost them, somebody might've misplaced them, maybe even somebody took them, these are going to replace the pins, again, that attach your tow bar to your base plate.Now our pins are going to work on Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 All-Terrain, Falcon 2, the Falcon All-Terrain, Nighthawk All-Terrain, or the Sterling All-Terrain tow bars. Now these pins are going to be the same size, shape, and everything as the ones that originally came with it. And they're going to work exactly the same. And I have that chain with the linchpin and clip on it.Now it's also going to come with some nylon washers.
Now, these can be used if you're using an adapter to take up some of the space that's going to be in between the connection point or base plate. But just like the original one, the overall diameter of our pin is going to be three-quarters of an inch. Now, the overall length of our pin is going to be four and seven-eighths of an inch, and the usable length of our pin, from the shoulder here to where the hole is, is going to be right at three and three-eighths of an inch.And just like the original pin, it's going to be extremely easy to use and hook up your tow bar. But since we are using an adapter, we are going to use those nylon washers that come with the kit. So I'll slide my pin in partial way just to hold the washer in place.
And I can lift up my tow bar, slide the pin through. But before I go all the way through, I'm going to slide another washer in place on the other side, make sure it goes all the way through and the holes on my base plate line up. Simply put your pin in place, and secure it down.So whether you have the direct connect base plate by Roadmaster or the crossbar style, these are going to work with both. And again, if you misplaced them or you just want to have an extra set, these are going to make sure we can get back on the road and hook everything up securely. But that'll finish up your look at the Roadmaster replacement pins for base plates..

Though these wood fir the Road-master brackets to Demco tow bar but they do not.

Thanks but the USPS is really hindering getting product.
First, received the package and upon opening, found that the linch pins were missing. One phone call and issue was resolved and replacement items were being expedited to me. Appears the box came open on one end during shipment and parts came out before carrier retaped the tear. Good on E-Trailer for outstanding and prompt customer service! Now, the Sterling All Terrain towbar - very impressive unit as I had bought this on reputation only as no dealers had any in stock (they say it is too costly to carry in store). Very well made, excellent finish and welds. Instructions are quite clear and easy to follow. I like that when you purchase this unit, it is a “total package”. There is nothing I could see that is cheaply made - all quality. This was my first purchase from E-trailer, and based on how this order went start to finish, and having to deal with missing parts on an order - I am very pleased and will deal with them in the future.

Perfect replacements or to have as extras in case you lose one (or both)...like I did.
We had an issue with our older tow bar and a new base plate kit for our Jeep being compatible. Noah and Sam were great in getting us the right base pins to fit. It could have been frustrating, but they made it easy.

Roadmaster products have always served me well and these pins are no exception. A friend of my had his pins stolen from his towed vehicle just before leaving for vacation. I gave him mine and bought these to replace them. Lesson learned. Never leave you pins in the brackets on your dinghy. They will probably get stolen.
Works as advertised, excellent product! Would buy again.

I bought these when I was trying to rebuild a Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain tow bar
The clips work great, but I damaged the tow bar beyond repair and had to replace it.
One Dee Ten Tee error on my part.
