Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Roadmaster Tow Dolly Ramp Wear Strip and Spacer Replacement Kit. This kit is going to replace both of the ramp wear strips and spacer plate for your Roadmaster Tow Dolly. If you're not familiar what these components do, they basically allow your tow dolly to track smoothly around corners and help prevent it from jerking and jumping. So if you are experiencing any of that jerking and jumping in your vehicle's steering wheel, it may be time to replace some of these components. But before you buy this kit to replace these, you definitely wanna go out check to make sure that your current components are well-lubricated.
It's recommended that you grease those up about every six months to a year, depending on how frequently you're using your tow dolly. So definitely do that first. If that doesn't fix the problem, then check to see if some of your components are damaged. If they are damaged, this is gonna be a great kit for you to replace those components. This is an exact replacement from Roadmaster, so you can trust everything is gonna fit the way it's supposed to.
You're not gonna have to make any modifications, not gonna have any compatibility problems, anything like that. So you are going to get two of these ramp wear strips. You're going to get one spacer plate. Also comes with hardware to get installed and a couple of cups of this grease. So, like I said, definitely make sure that your current system is well-lubricated.
See if that fixes the problem for you. If not, if you do have some damaged components, this is gonna be the kit that you will need. It is made here in the USA, so you can trust it's made to the high-quality standards we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the US. But more than that, I think just being the Roadmaster product, you can trust it's gonna work with your tow dolly. You're not gonna have to worry about fit issues or anything, so gonna be exactly what you need to get you going again, give you that smoother, more comfortable ride.

Replaces the ramp wear strip and spacer plate for your Roadmaster tow dolly (RM3477).I received your package but it wasn't complete so I called and talked with Chelsea and she took care of it for me good service thank you very much. .
Although this was not specifically applicable to our brand of tow dolly (manufactured by Quality back in the 70's we think) we were able to retro-fit it relatively easily. With Covid-19 shutting things down, we were not able to put many miles on the dolly, however the wear strip appears to be functioning as advertised.
Was very pleased with the availability of needed parts and quickness of shipping to Keep my tow dolly rolling. Thank you.

The wear strips have been doing their job satisfactorily. Might need to order some plate lube in the near future though!
