Today, on our 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, we're going to take a look at and also show you how to install the Firestone Ride Rider Helper Strings. These are double-convoluted for the rear axle, part number is F2430. Now, before we begin the installation, we want to get a few measurements. These are going to act as kind of a control, so we know what measurements we want to get back to once our bags are installed. Looks like here in the rear, it's about 38 1/4 inches. Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Silverado F2250- Video
Today, on our 2010 Cheverolet Silverado 3500, we'll be taking a look at and installing the Firestone Ride-Rite air helper springs, part number F2250. These air springs are capable of up to 5000 pounds. They could be aired up from 5 Psi all the way up to 100 Psi. Overall, they provide more stability while driving and reduce the strain on your vehicle's rear suspension. Now we'll go ahead and get a measurement before we get started with our stock ride height in the back. This is going to be without weight and it's going to be about 39 inches. Timbren Rear Suspension System Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on this 2010 Chevy Silverado well be installing a Timbren Suspension Enhancement System, part number tgmrck15s. First thing we need to do is remove the factory bump stop. We will be using a 10 mm socket and socket wrench to remove the bolt inside. With the factory mount stop removed we are ready to install the Timbren spring. Inside of the spring you will find a flat washer, and you will need to make sure that your bolt threads through that flat washer. Since the spring is larger in diameter it wont fit in the factory cup, so we need to add our plate to the top. more
