Today on our 2013 Toyota Tacoma, we're going to be taking a look at and installing etrailer.com's trailer hitch, part number E98850. This hitch is going to work great for you if you need to tow maybe some dirt bikes or ATVs, maybe even a jet ski or a small boat. What sets this hitch apart from any of the others is its matte black finish. It gives it that carbide-like appearance and that rugged look. Now, this is a class III hitch. Trailer Hitch Installation - 2013 Toyota Tacoma - Curt

Today on our 2013 Toyota Tacoma, we'll be having a look at and installing the Curt Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 13323. All right, here's what our hitch looks like installed. One thing you may notice about this hitch is it maintains a factory-like appearance because the main body of our hitch, the frame itself, is hidden mostly behind our bumper here. Another nice thing about this hitch is that the end of our receiver here, while close to the end of our bumper here is still recessed a little bit behind it, so when we're loading cargo into the bed of our truck it doesn't stick out too far that we're going to run our shin or our knee into the hitch. We have a nice amount of clearance around our receiver opening here, so we shouldn't have any issues with interference with the step in our bumper or hooking up most hitch-mounted accessories. On the bottom of our hitch we have these nice rolled steel safety chain loops, which are plenty large so we shouldn't have much issues using any size safety chain loop on them. We can use a safety chain loop in the front, the side or the back of it. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2013 Toyota Tacoma - Draw-Tite

Today, on a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab, we're going to install part#75236 Draw-Tite. First thing we're going to do is get our vehicle ready. To do that, we're going to go ahead and loosen up the bumper. Now this is an option. You can either: a) Support it while you install a hitch, or b) Take it out of the way. Personally I find it easier to take it up out of the way. First thing you're going to do is go ahead and disconnect electrical to the bumper. more
