Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2019 Ford F-250 and we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Reese gooseneck puck system. This system is going to be a great solution if you didn't get the puck system from the factory and you wanted one, or if you're looking for a truck on the market that doesn't have one, that's not the end of the world. You don't have to look for a truck that has it just to be able to get these same features. This system is going to be almost identical to the Ford factory puck system. You're gonna have the four pucks on the outside, which will accept your fifth wheel hitches, and then you'll have the gooseneck hole in the middle so that you can drop a gooseneck ball in there and be able to tow gooseneck trailers. more

Pretty convenient now, these late model trucks are coming equipped right from the factory with these prep packages. So it makes, you know, setting up a goose ball kit like this or even a fifth wheel for that matter, really convenient. You know, you drop 'em in and that's really all there is to it. With that said, this kit is going to work with trucks that have a long bed or a short bed like ours today so you're in good shape there and if your truck doesn't happen to have a prep package, there's a lot of other hitches available for those types of trucks that'll let you set up and be able to pull your gooseneck or your fifth wheel trailer. more

So it's pretty convenient nowadays, a lot of these late model trucks are coming with these prep packages, which makes setting up a goose ball kit like this one or even a 5th wheel for that matter, really easy 'cause they just drop right into place and you're good to go. This particular kit is going to work with trucks that have a long bed or a short bed like ours does today. So you're in good shape there. And if your truck, you know, isn't equipped with this prep package, not a big deal. more

And this is gonna be designed to work with trucks that have the OEM prep package. I think it's really convenient. You know, as of late, a lot of these manufacturers are starting to send their heavy duty trucks out right from the factory with these prep packages, right It makes it super easy to set up a gooseneck or a fifth wheel for that matter. You know, they just drop right into place and you're good to go. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose underbed gooseneck kit on a 2018 Ford F-250. You should be able to cover just about any camper and most heavy duty industrial loads whether it be heavy equipment or whatever else you may load up. Now the Hide-A-Goose is an interesting system. A lot of times on your fifth wheel, you're gonna have a lever on the side of the truck and that's gonna allow you to lock and unlock the ball in there. Now, some of those can get a little funky and they seem to hang up sometimes, whereas this is a little bit different. more

Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Gooseneck Hitch Installation - 2013 Ford F-250 Super Duty- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look and installing the Curt Underbed Gooseneck Kit on a 2013 Ford F-250 Super Duty. Now this gooseneck kit is rated at 30,000 pounds and it's got a vertical limit of 7,500 so this is gonna be pretty heavy duty. So whatever you're be pulling with your gooseneck, they should hold up to it. Now you're gonna wanna check to see what your vehicle's capable before just hooking up to anything. But overall with those numbers, this is not gonna be the weak point of your towing system. more

You can see our goose ball here in the middle, as well as both of our safety chain attachments there in the floor. The rest of our components are installed underneath the bed. And I will say, when you first open this kit up, it is gonna be pretty intimidating because there are several brackets and there's a lot of hardware. But honestly, the way that it all fits together, it's one of the easier gooseneck hitches to install because of the way they've done it. more

B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Installation - 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the B&W Turnover Ball Underbed Gooseneck Kit on at 2022 Ford F250. So now when you are ready to hook up to your gooseneck, you simply just take the ball and drop this in and it can go either way, doesn't matter. The holes will line up and it's just gonna drop in and then you'll be able to latch that in place. Now, a great portion of the turnover ball is when you're not using it, you can just simply store it right here. That'll drop in and you can lock that in as well. It's also gonna make sure that the water channels through here and that way water doesn't sit in there. more

Hi there, Ford owners. Today, on your 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install CURT's underbed gooseneck kit. And this is what our gooseneck kit looks like when it's installed. We've got our 2 5/16 ball at the center with nice chrome plating and chrome ring around it, so it looks good in our setup. And we've got our safety cable attachments located on each side. This gooseneck kit is rated for 7,500 pounds of tongue weight, which is the force going down on top of our ball, and 30,000 pounds gross towing, which is how much that it can pull behind it. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we are taking a look and installing the B&W underbed gooseneck trailer hitch with Turnoverball on a 2020 Ford F-250. With a 3/4-ton truck, it's really nice to be able to use the utility of it. And when you have a fifth wheel gooseneck, it's really gonna open that up with bumping that gross trailer weight to 30,000 pounds. So, that's gonna cover your campers or your heavy gooseneck trailers, so you can actually use your truck and rather than relying on just a hitch to pull, this is gonna bump that up quite a bit. Now, you also have a vertical tongue weight, and that's gonna be 7,500 pounds, so this is gonna hold quite a bit. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and show you how to install the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose gooseneck trailer hitch here on our 2021 Ford F250. So, this is what our trailer hitch is gonna look like installed on the vehicle. And as we can see here, the vast majority of it is actually hidden under our truck bed here, so this cause a couple of different things. Number one, we don't have to worry, look at that bulky hitch in the truck bed. And number two, when we're not towing, we could easily remove this hitch ball here for a completely clean and uninterrupted bed space. So, we can still use our truck for daily hauling or just to throw whatever we want back there without having to worry about banging on the hitch. more

Being that this is an underbed kit, all of our main components are going to be located here underneath the truck, which in turn means you're going to have full-bed access here on top. That can be especially useful whenever running around the job site, maybe refer a few motorcycles back here, or even our belongings whenever, we're taking our family on vacation. One of the biggest differences I noticed about this kit compared to some of the other ones is the overall craftsmanship. Everything's going to be really nice and heavy duty from the brackets, the crossmembers, even the hardware. more

Curt Quick Goose 2 Gooseneck Hitch Installation - 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty- Video
Hi there Ford owners, today in your 2015 Ford F250 super duty, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install CURT Quick Goose II Gooseneck system.This is what our Gooseneck is going to look like when it's installed. The entirety of the assembly is going to be installed underneath the bed frame, and you're only going to have the necessary components poking through on top.You've got your safety chain loops here which are retractable. They pull themselves back down tight when not in use. And in the center here we have our gooseneck ball. You can see here that the ball is completely hidden down inside of our receiver and we've got the cover on it and we've got full truck bed access just as if we didn't even have a gooseneck in here and when we're ready to use it, we can pull the cover off, operate our levers and the ball will automatically pop back out using the handles on the outside. No more twisting knobs or turning levers to pull your ball out and flip it over to store it. more

Today on our 2015 Ford F250 Super Duty, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt double lock flip and store under bed gooseneck hitch with insulation kit. Up top here inside of the bed, as you can see with our gooseneck installed, we didn't lose any of our valuable space. So whether you're helping a friend move, or just running around town, you're not going to have a big giant hitch taken up all your bed space. Now it is going to come with a two and five sixteenths ball, which is keyed. So that means you can only put it in one way, so there will never be any confusion on that.Now there is going to be a 7500 pound maximum vertical load, and that's gonna be the amount of weight pushing downward on our hitch. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Ford F250 we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with custom installation kit, that's gonna be part number BWGNRK1117. Here's what our B&W Gooseneck looks like once we have it installed and this is gonna allow us to tow a Gooseneck trailer safely and securely down the road.One of the biggest benefits to this kit is that when we're done towing our trailer we can actually unhook, remove the ball, turn it over, and we can store it upside down in the hitch that way we have full bed access. Now the way we're gonna be able to remove or put our ball in is if we come to the handle here on the drivers side, we're gonna pull it all the way out, and then push it towards the front and we'll lock it in place. Then we'll be able to remove the ball and once we have it in the position we want we can bring the handle back just the same and we'll lock it in.The safety chain loops are gonna be recessed down and they're spring loaded so when we lift them up we're gonna have plenty of room to even get those large, oversized hooks in place. Our hitch is gonna have a 7,500 pound vertical load limit along with a 30,000 pound gross trailer weight rating. Now with those numbers in mind you want to double check your truck's owners manual and make sure it can handle pulling that amount of weight. more

Today on our 2016 Ford F250 we're going to be taking a look at the B&W Turnover Ball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch, part number BWGNRK1111. Here's what our gooseneck looks like fully installed. It's going to be great because it's going to allow you to tow all of your gooseneck trailers. Now, when it's in the locked position the ball's going to not be able to come out, and that's the position we're going to use when we're towing. Now, in the unlocked position, we can remove the ball and we can flip it over. Now we have full access to our full bed. Now here, we have our spring loaded safety chain loops, so we're still going to be able to put our safety chains on, but they're not going to interfere when we're loading anything up in our bed. more

Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Installation - 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty- Video
Today on our 2015 Ford F-250, We're going to be showing you how to install the hide a goose under bead goose neck trailer hitch with the installation kit. This has a 30,000 pound capacity. It's part number is 9-4-6-0 dash 4-8. Once we have our goose neck installed, this is really all we're really going to see on the top side of the truck. It's a really nice, low profile hitch, it's not going to stick up really any higher than corregation on our bed, here. Same with our safety tie down, our safety cable connection points here which pull up for easy access. We're going to be able to connect on to those but then the springs are going to help to pull those back down. more

Today on this 2015 Ford F250 Super Duty Crew Cab, we're going to show you the B&W Fifth Wheel Hitch, part number BWGNRK1111-5W. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed on the vehicle. You can see we're on the driver's side here, and this is a frame bracket. That gets bolted to the frame and uses existing holes. Just on the ends here, you can see a piece of the angle iron here. These are cross rails that goes to the other side, that goes up to your identical bracket on the passenger side. more
