So, we're going to be looking at two different hitches today. Up top here, we're going to have the Draw-Tite, and below it we're going to have the CURT. Front Mount Trailer Hitch Installation - 2014 Ford F-150 - Curt- Video
Today on this 2014 Ford F150 SuperCrew Cab, we're going to show you part number C31068. This is Curt front-mount 2" receiver hitch. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed the truck. As you can see, this is our 2" receiver right here, which has a nice collar around the front of it, and it uses a 5/8" hitch pin right here. The distance from the hitch pin hole in the center to the outside edge of the license plate here is going to be about 8-1/2". Our measurement from the top of the receiver opening down to the ground is about 11-3/4". This will vary with our 2-wheel drive like we have here or a 4-wheel driver where the chances are it will sit a little bit higher, plus tire sizes will throw it off as well. more
