Speaker 1: Seeing this 2006 Toyota Sienna we'll be having a look at and showing you how to install the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number E98837. Here's what our hitch looks like installed. One thing you'll notice about this hitch is that it does sit as close to our body of the vehicle as possible to give us the most ground clearance. We do have plenty of clearance around our receiver, which makes this a great hitch to use with bike racks and cargo carriers. On the side of our receiver here, you'll find our industry standard 5/8th of an inch diameter hitch pin hole that you use a pin and clip with, available separately at our website as part of our PC3 to secure any of your accessories. Welded on the bottom of our receiver in the frame of the hitch are our plate style safety chain loops.What's nice about these is if you have a large diameter safety chain hook like this one, you can still easily clip on and clip off without any problems. more

Here's what our hitch looks like installed. First thing you notice about this hitch, is that it is tucked as close to the vehicle as possible, to help maximize our ground clearance. All Toyota Sienna's out there, inaudible 00:00:24 have a hitch installed with them, you do have very limited ground clearance to work with, so just keep that in mind as you're pulling into a steep driveway.On the side of our receiver, you'll see two pin holes. The larger one here, that's your industry standard 5/8 of an inch diameter hitch pin hole, that you use with a separate pin and clip, part number PC3 on our website, to secure your hitch mounted accessories. The smaller one here, is for a J-pin stabilization device. more

Speaker 1: Today in our 2018 Toyota Sienna, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the CURT class 3 custom-fit trailer hitch receiver, part number C13343.Here's what our hitch looks like once we have it installed. The cross tube is going to be hidden behind the bumper, so we're not going to have to worry about anything hanging down. The only thing we're really going to see is that receiver tube sticking out. It's going to offer us a 2"x2" receiver tube opening, which is going to give us a wide variety of accessories available like ball mounts, bike racks, or even cargo carriers.The way we're going to mount any of our accessories is via through the hitch pinhole here on the side. This is going to accept a standard 5/8ths pinning clip. While these aren't included in the kit, you can pick them up here at etrailer.com.The safety chain connection points are going to be a loop style welded to the bottom of the receiver tube. more

Now what's great about this hitch compared to other hitch options on the market, is that the main frame of our hitch is hidden behind our rear fascia. The only part that is visible from behind the vehicle is the receiver opening itself with our safety chain loops on the bottom. This gives us a nice clean and stylish appearance, which makes it look like it's a factory hitch. Our safety chain loops are a rolled steel tubular construction. What's nice about these is that we can clip on at any angle from the back of the hitch, the side, or to the front of it. more

So here's what our hitch looks like fully installed. The cross tube is going to stick out just below the bumper, and it is going to be visible, and it is a class III hitch, so it is going to give us that 2" by 2" opening. Our hitch is going to feature a re-enforced collar, not only giving it added strength, but a nice clean finished look. It's going to use a standard 5/8 pin and clip they're not included, but you can pick one up on our website using part number PC3. Now as far as the safety chain loops go, it's going to be a plate style welded to the bottom of the receiver tube, and as you can see, we're not going to have any trouble getting most sized hooks on or off. Our hitch is going to feature a 350 pound tongue weight, along with 3500 pounds of gross trailer weight rating. more

Now, the secondary hole towards the back here, that's gonna be for a J-pin stabilization device, and that's gonna be great if any of your accessories don't have a built-in anti-rattle. Got a rectangular shape cross tube that's going to meet here at the middle at our inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter opening. This is a class two hitch so when it comes to towing, bike racks, cargo carriers, it's a really good hitch for those purposes. You can see our flush reinforcement collar around the end, it's going to give us a little bit more durability here and that. Those are going to have nice large openings in them. Should have no issues getting whatever style of safety chain you choose to use connected. Now, the hitch has a 1/2-inch pinhole. more

Here's what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed. It's going to have that nice sleek, round tube design across the bottom of our vehicle the full width, with a nice black powder coat finish that's going to be high gloss and also prevent any kind of rust and corrosion. With a fully welded design and plate steel chain tie-downs, it's going to add extra strength and durability. It's going to have a 2" x 2" receiver tube opening, offering a 675 pound ton weight capacity, and 4,500 pound towing capacity. With weight distribution, the ton weight stays the same, but the gross trailer weight is going to go up to 5,000 pounds. Today in our 2015 Toyota Sienna we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Curt Custom Fit Class three trailer hitch receiver. It says the two inch opening part number is: C13105. Here's what the hitch looks like once we get it on the vehicle. It gives us a nice two inch receiver tube opening where it'll work out great with your bike racks, your ball-mounts, hitch cargo carriers, whatever the case may be really. Tons of accessories available for this. Your pinhole location isn't too far from the bumper so it should work with a lot of the accessories. The pinhole is a 5/8ths diameter pinhole so all of the 5/8ths anti-rattle bolts, hitch pins and clips, anti-rattle devices, all that's available and it'll work out great. Our safety chain connection points here on either side. If you're going to be doing any trailing or if you need some extra support from a strap or something with something you might be hauling you'll have that option available as well. Now as you can see it's a full cross tube bumper on the rear, which is pretty typical of a hitch going on the Sienna here. more

Today on our 2005 Toyota Sienna, we'll be installing the Draw-Tite Hitch, part number 36513. First let's point out our attachment points. We're going to have a total of 6 attachment points, 3 on each side. These attachment points are weld nuts built into the frame by the manufacturer. Keep in mind, these process we do on one side, we will repeat identically on the opposite side. Before we attempt to install the new hitch, we want to clean out the weld nuts, because over time they're going to build up with rust, dust, dirt, and debris. We'll spray each of the attachment points with a spray lubricant and then clean it out with 1/2 inch nylon tube brush, part number 814092. Once we have it thoroughly cleaned out, we can go ahead and take one of the new fasteners, run it into the weld nut to make sure it goes nice and easily. To install our hitch, we'll take the new 12 millimeter bolt, split lock washer, and flat washer, put them up through the pre-drilled holes in the hitch. more

Here's what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed, next I'm going to give you a couple measurements to assist your selecting accessories for your new hitch, from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is three and a half inches. From the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is 15 and a quarter inches. This will assist you with selecting accessories such as a ball mount, bike rack, or cargo carrier. We'll now go ahead with the installation. To begin our install, we'll first go ahead and locate the manufacturer's tow hooks. We have one on each side, each tow hook has two attachment points. We'll need to remove these fasteners and the tow hooks, setting them aside as they will not be reinstalled. Each process we do here on one side will be repeated identically on the opposite side. With both tow hooks removed, we're ready to install the new hitch. The new hitch will get secured with the new 10 millimeter block, split lock washer, and flat washer. more

Now in order to remove the lower appearance panel there are multiple fasteners that will need to be removed. Now well go ahead and set our appearance panel aside for reinstallation later. more
