Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Review- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Timbren Severe Service Suspension Enhancement for your rear axle. Now, this is how it's going to sit when it's installed and this one is a press in style. Now, these just simply replace your factory jounce bumpers, and yours may be a bolt-in application but all of these are gonna be no drill. They just simply take out your factory jounce and add this height. And they're all gonna live about an inch above the rear axle and what that means is you're gonna get this to initiate a lot quicker. So, minimal amounts of sag is gonna push this against the rear axle and this is gonna start working whereas before your factory jounce bumper clearly is quite a bit shorter and there's a lot of sagging that's gonna have to happen before it starts working. more

So to really test out and see if there is an improvement with our air springs what we like to do is some before and after, right So right now we have the factory suspension on our truck and put in some weight in the bed of it and we're gonna go on our test course and see how it feels. That way when we get the air springs in we can kind of compare and see if there's actually an improvement there, which by the looks of it I would assume we could expect some pretty good gains there. But why don't we get in the truck and find out. I'm in our truck here and even as soon as I hopped in, it's not very pleasant. more

Hey guys, Kevin here at etrailer and today we're gonna be taking a look at the Airlift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs. These airbags are gonna give you a five to 35 PSI range of adjustability so that you can kind of fine tune exactly how much support you're gonna be getting from them. They have a thousand pound capacity, and that does not mean that you can add an additional a thousand pounds to your vehicle's tongue weight capacity or towing capacity, it's only going to help you support that weight. So this is going to just be an enhancement, it's not an addition to what you actually have for your capacities. So the reason why you'd want to get these airbags is just because on a lot of cars, like our Nissan Pathfinder, there's not a lot of options. This is gonna be one of the only things you can really do to kind of help to support that weight, especially if you don't have the option for a weight distribution hitch. more

Also works on the 1988 to 2000 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 two-wheel drive trucks, and also, the 1996 to 2002 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana 3500 two-wheel drive vans.
