Hi, Matt with etrailer, and today we're talking about the Draw-Tite custom fit class three hitch receiver on a 2022 Chevrolet Express van. This is gonna be a great option for ya if you plan on towing anything, or if you have any accessories you wanna put on the back of this van so you can carry more. So let's take a closer to look at it. You notice we'll have these exposed cross tubes, and I don't actually see that as an issue because this is gonna be used more as a work van most of the time, so I don't have any issues with that. And up front we're gonna have our 2" hitch receiver and that's gonna allow you to put in your accessories and we're gonna have this kind of glossy finish to the top of it. I'm a fan of it 'cause it does match our bumper a fair amount. more

The cross tube is going to be visible right below the bumper, but it sits back a little bit, so we're not going to see it as much. Now even though it is a Class 4, it's going to give us a 2" x 2" receiver tube opening, so we're going to have a really wide variety when it comes to accessories that we can mount out.Now obviously, on here we have a work van, so we're very capable of putting a ball mount in there, towing a trailer, but at the same time if we need to make some room on the inside, we could put a cargo carrier in there. Or maybe on the weekend, we just want to take a day trip with our friends, we could put a bike rack in there. But regardless of how we're going to be using our hitch, all the accessories are going to mount to the hitch pin hole here on the side.Now our hitch is going to accept a standard 5/8 pin and clip. Now these are not going to be included with the hitch, but you can pick them up here at etrailer.com, along with some locking devices and anti-rattle devices to make sure your accessories are secure, and we don't have that annoying rattling sound when we're going down the road.Now if you are towing a trailer, you're going to need a spot to hook up your safety chains. more

Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Express van, we're going to be installing etrailer.com's class IV two inch trailer hitch receiver. Now, this is what our hitch is going to look like when it's installed. You are going to be able to see the cross tube and the receiver, but it's tucked back nicely under the bumper, so it doesn't really detract too much from the looks. It features a class IV, two inch by two inch receiver, so it's going to be great for all of your towing needs, whether you're using it for accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers, or for hauling larger trailers. Trailer Hitch Installation - 2017 Chevrolet Express Van - Curt- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Express van, we're gonna be installing Curt's two inch trailer hitch receiver, part number C15320.This is what our hitch is gonna look like when it's installed. The cross tube is gonna be visible underneath the bumper, but it's gonna be tucked back pretty far so it's not gonna detract from the looks. One of the things you will notice right away is how rough and rigid this cross tube looks. It's very thick, as this is one of the strongest, highest rated hitches for this vehicle. This receiver's gonna be a class five, two inch by two inch receiver. It's gonna use a 5/8 inch hitch pin, which does not come included, but you can pick one up here at etrailer.com, and features plate style safety chain loops that are extremely thick, so they're gonna be nice and rigid.It may give a little trouble when using smaller safety chains, as they may not fit properly over the larger thick metal, but it'll be great for your larger heavy-duty safety chains. more
