And this is what our wiring kit looks like when it's installed. You will get your connector as well as a protected sheath, seven pole wiring. Very similar to what you'd see on the front of a trailer. And far as its thickness, that'll run down to your factory connector here at the back and it does have factory male and female seven way connectors. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and on our 2022 Ford F250 we're gonna be installing the Curt trailer wiring harness for your bed. This is gonna be great for your 5th wheel or gooseneck. That way you can plug into your bed, not have to drape that cord over and it's just gonna tie into your factory 7-way, making an easy installation. To begin our installation, first we need to find our spot where we're gonna mount our plug, and generally this is gonna be a good spot for it. You wanna make sure that you don't go too far. We'll be using a hole saw and our pilot bit. more

Hi there, Ford owners. Today, your 2020 Ford F250 Super Duty, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Bargman's In-Bed 7-Way trailer connector. This is what our In-Bed 7-Way connector looks like when it's installed. The cover here labels all of our circuits, which is great for diagnostics and testing, especially if you're trying to use your truck to determine if you've got an issue with your truck or your trailer, you can check each of these circuits to know what's going on. The cover here is going to be spring loaded to keep out any dirt, debris and moisture, and there's seals on the inside. When we lift up the cover, we can see our round seven way connector in there. more

The factory seven way connectors on your truck are located in the back on the bumper, and oftentimes your trailer's connector. Doesn't reach down over the tailgate to plug in back there. This relocation kit, we'll put one here in the bed which will be much closer to the connection point whether it be your gooseneck or your king pin. more

Hey, everybody. Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2020 Ford F-250, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the CURT gooseneck and 5th wheel in-bed trailer wiring for trucks with aluminimum beds. So this is going to work out real well for those of you that pull those 5th wheel and gooseneck trailer hitches.And that's because having an in-bed plug, we could simply and conveniently plug right into here, as opposed to having to drape your wiring over your tailgate and plug it in down by the bumper. Whenever you do that, that wiring kind of bangs up into your tailgate and scratches it up. And not to mention whenever it's plugged in down there by the bumper, I would say the chances of it accidentally coming disconnected greatly increase as opposed to having it just plugged in right here. more

So now on our 2017 Ford F250, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Bargman 90 degree, seven-way for fifth wheel and gooseneck trailer hitches. Now this kit is going to be designed for trucks with aluminum beds. Many of the questions we get asked, especially with the aluminum bed Fords, is this kit going to work or potentially damage their truck bed The answer is this kit is going to be specifically designed for aluminum beds, and that's because the screws that actually hold our plug in place are made from aluminum. So we're not going to have to worry about any corrosion issues, or things of that nature as like some of the other plugs that use just your traditional style steel screws. And because of that, the steel screws will eventually corrode and cause a little bit of damage. more

This plug in the bed of your truck is going to make life a lot easier because you won't have to drape any of that wiring over your tailgate. Now, one nice thing is that the cap is actually spring loaded, and it's going to have a retaining clip on the back side of it.That way when you plug your 7-way in, the cap is going to put pressure against it, and the retaining clip is going to stop your plug from getting accidentally pulled out. It's also going to have a rubber seal inside. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Bargman Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Beds, part number 54701-007-010.Here's what our wiring is going to look like once we have it installed. This going to allow us to have a seven way RV connector in the bed of our truck. That way if we have a gooseneck or a fifth wheel we'll have easy access to it right here. This is going to have a rubber tight gasket inside of here to make sure that it seals up nice and well. Our connector here is going to provide us with all of our lighting functions, a 12 volt power source, and our brake output for our trailer brakes. This is really going to help out whenever we go to hook up our gooseneck or a fifth wheel. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty, you're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Bardhaman Gooseneck 90 Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Beds, part number 50-97-410-010.This is gonna allow you to run a plug from your gooseneck or fifth wheel in the back of your vehicle to the bed of your truck without having that wire hang over top of your tailgate and run that to your bumper. Gives it a nice, clean look. Everything stays in the back of the truck.This can provide you with the necessary function you're going to need to pull your gooseneck or fifth wheel. It's gonna have a nice cap, spring-loaded cap that's gonna help keep any moisture from getting into the connections. It's gonna mount to existing wiring on the vehicle or to an existing 7 volt plug you have on the back of your bumper.Because Ford's have aluminum beds, the four self-tapping screws that come in your kit are also gonna be aluminum. Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Demco Fifth Wheel Gooseneck 90 degree wiring harness with seven pole plug. Part number DM8555002.This is what our seven pole wiring kit looks like when it's installed. This provides you with all the necessary lighting functions for your trailer, with your turn signals, running lights, brake lights, your grounds, your reverse lights, including brakes. This is what our wiring looks like when it's underneath the truck. You can see it has nice wiring to protect our wires, so it's gonna give you 10 foot of length to run from the bed of your truck, or wherever you decide to mount it, down to your existing seven pole plug.Typically you'd want to mount this as close to the tailgate as possible on your inside wall. Now, they have a tailgate extender, so I think he's gonna have trouble getting his cable plugged in there, so we're gonna move it up one to about right there. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Ford F250, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Bargman 5th Wheel to Gooseneck 90 Degree Wiring Harness with the seven way RV designed for use with the aluminum truck beds. Part number is 50-97-410-010.Now this connector allows us to connect gooseneck, fifth wheel, or in-bed camper wiring at a convenient source inside the bed of the truck so we don't have it hanging over plugged into the back where it might fall out and drag the road. It's going to be just like any other seven pole connector with the tab right here. As we slide our plug in, that's going to come down behind it. Making sure we've got a good fit, we won't have to worry about it coming out. With the stainless steel screws, it is designed for use in the aluminum bed. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Ford F-250 we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Tow Ready Fifth Wheen and Gooseneck Wiring Harness for aluminum truck beds. Part number 20110-010.Here's what the wiring looks like once you have it installed. This is going to make connecting up our trailer a lot easier, because we're not going to have to go underneath our tailgate and make the connection with the bumper. It's come to a bias with a seen way connector, it's going to have a nice spring loaded door with a gasket to keep any kind of moisture and debris out from the connector.Since the Ford trucks now have aluminum beds, our kit does come with aluminum screws, so you don't have to worry about any kind of corrosion from putting steel screws into the aluminum. Now, the kit does come with steel screws as well, if you have a steel bed, but again, if you have an aluminum bed, you're going to want to use those aluminum screws.Our harness is going to connect into our factory tow package here, at the back of our seven way on the bumper. We're going to have a T-connector system, it is an extremely simple connection and we're going to have 7 feet of wire to run from here to wherever we decide to mount it in the bed.Even with the wiring in the bed, we're still going to have our factory wiring and that's not going to be interrupted and that's not going to affect it at all. more

Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness Installation - 2016 Ford F-250- Video
Today on our 2016 Ford F250, we're going to be taking a look and installing the tow ready fifth wheel and goose neck wiring harness with seven pole, part number 20110. To begin our installation, we're going to have to figure out a spot where we're going to mount our seven way plug. This general area is where we're going to be mounting it. Now I do want to mention before we start drilling or mounting anything, you need to double check to make sure that you have adequate amount of room to get the wires up here as well as there's nothing behind it that we're going to damage once we start drilling. Now I already checked and there's nothing back here and we do have adequate amount of room to get it up. I'm going to mark a hole, mark a spot right there and I'm going to drill a pilot hole to make it a little bit easier when I come back and drill my final hole. Now I'm going to be using a quarter inch drill bit. more

Today on our 2015 Ford F250, we're going to be installing the draw tight fifth wheel goose neck wiring harness, with he seven pole end. Part number is 20110. Here's what the wiring kits going to look like. Were going to have the single plug, that's going to plug into the backside of our seven way plug that will be in the bed of the truck. Then we've got our two plugs, this is going to act as a connector, so when we separate our factory tow harness under the vehicle, one side's going to plug into one side of it, the other end to the other, and our connections are going to be made. Its really simple, a really easy thing to get installed. more

All right today, on this 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty, we're going to show you the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel and Gooseneck 90 degree Wiring Harness. With the seven pull connector. Part number 41157. Okay we have our parts laid out in our truck. We're going to go ahead and cover the features of it before we install it. First off, there's two OEM connection points, which basically T's off into your seven pull connector, but it's located in the bumper of the truck. You've got a generous length of wire lead. So you can put this anywhere you want on the inside bed of your truck. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2015 Ford F-250- Video
Today on our 2015 Ford F250 Super Duty, we'll be installing the Bargman 5th Wheel Gooseneck 90 Degree Wiring Harness with 7 pole plug, part number 50-97-410. Now we need to find a suitable mounting location for our 7 pole here up in our bed. We're going to go in this general area. I like this section right here because it does stick out a little bit, so it gives you a little extra room between the side of your bed. Go ahead and get it in the general area, then we'll go ahead and take our quarter inch bit, make a pilot hole, then we can go ahead and drill out our 2 inch hole with our hole saw. You do want to be careful when drilling here, as you don't want to go too far and hit the outside of the bed of your truck. Now that we have our pilot bit drilled, we can go ahead and cut out our 2 inch hole with our hole saw, then we can go ahead and feed our wires down underneath our vehicle. Now we'll go ahead and vacuum up our shavings and we can go ahead and start feeding our wires underneath. more

Today on this 2015 Ford F250 Super Duty Crew Cab we're going to install part number PK11893-11932. This is the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole Connector. Now to start off we need to do a little bit of pre-assembly with our wire harness. First off these ends need to be installed into this socket right here. Now what we're going to do is just simply copy the other end of it right here. If you can take a close look these guys are numbered one, two, three, four, five, six, and seven. more
