EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Honda Odyssey- Video
Clayton: Hello everybody, Clayton here at etrailer.com, and today we'll be taking a look at, and I'll show you how to install, the EcoHitch class III Trailer Hitch Receiver on our 2016 Honda Odyssey. Now you might be looking for a trailer hitch to carry a bike rack, or a cargo carrier, or even tow a small trailer or pop-up camper. Now, this hitch is going to offer us all the features for us to be able to do that. And with it being a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, there's going to be a lot of options for hitch-mounted accessories. Now this is what our hitch is going to look like installed and this such is awesome, I really like it on the back of our Odyssey here. We're not going to see the cross tube, all we see is our receiver tube opening and our safety chain loops. more

Best 2016 Honda Odyssey Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2011 through 2017 Honda Odyssey. Now up top here we're going to have our Draw-Tite. It's going to be a Class 3 hitch. Right below that we're going to have our EcoHitch, which is also a Class 3. Below that we'll have our etrailer Class 3 hitch. Then finally at the bottom, we're going to have our CURT Class 3 hitch.If I was looking for a hitch for my Odyssey, I would go with the Draw-Tite for a few different reasons, but let's take a closer look at why, and all the other features of our other hitches. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 Honda Odyssey we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the etrailer.com custom fit Class 3 trailer hitch receiver. Offering the 2" by 2" receiver tube opening and a carbide finish, the part number is E98862.Now here's what our hitch is going to look like installed. Got a side plate here. Our crosstube's going to go all the way across the rear into our other side plate. Those go up and they're going to make the connection point with our frame to give us all the strength. Here in the middle we've got our receiver tube opening and our safety chain connection points.Now something you'll notice very different about this hitch as compared to just about any other hitch on the market is the finish. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Honda Odyssey- Video
Here on this 2016 Honda Odyssey, we'll be having a look at and installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Class III trailer hitch receiver, part number 76025. All right, here's what our hitch inaudible 00:00:11 like installed. As you can see, unlike a lot of the other Honda Odyssey hitches on the market, ours is completely hidden underneath the fascia. The only part that's exposed is the actual Class III two inch receiver itself and our safety chain loops that are welded on below the receiver. These safety chain loops are easy to use and easy to access for all sizes of safety chains. Around the side of our receiver, you'll find two pin holes here. The one closest to the front of the vehicle is your industry standard 5/8 of an inch diameter hitch pin hole. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Honda Odyssey - Draw-Tite- Video
Today on our 2016 Honda Odyssey we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Draw Tite max frame trailer hitch receiver class three. Part number 75270. Here's what it's going to look like once it's installed. You can see it's got a nice, round, tubular design. It's going to tuck up close to the bottom of our vehicle. It's going to have a nice black powder coated finish with our flat style safety chain loops. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Honda Odyssey - Curt- Video
Today on our 2016 Honda Odyssey, we'll be taking a look at and installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III, which is a 2-inch receiver, part number C13068. Now, this is what the hitch looks like when it's installed on your vehicle. As you can see here, we've got a 2-inch by 2-inch receiver tube opening with a reinforcement collar around it. We've got a 5/8-inch hitch pinhole right here. We've got the steel plate that's welded to the bottom side with the holes for your safety chains. As you can see here on this cross frame, it's got a black powder coat finish that helps give it superior rust and corrosion protection. There's no drilling or welding required in order to install this hitch. It uses 4 existing weld nuts and 1 carriage bolt to fish wire it into place. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Honda Odyssey - Draw-Tite 36417- Video
Today on our 2016 Honda Odyssey we'll be taking a look at and installing the Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver, which is a class two hitch with a 1-1/4" opening, part number 36417. Something that's particularly nice about this hitch is the ease of the install, because you simply have two weld nuts on either side for you to put the bolts up into, and the fact that it's an 1-1/4". If you already have those 1-1/4" accessories, then this hitch will work really well for you. Here we've also got the 1/2" hitch pinhole. Then down here, if you're doing light duty towing you've got the loops for your safety chains. Then we've also got a collar here around the receiver tube for a little extra reinforcement. more

Today on our 2016 Honda Odyssey, we'll be taking a look at and installing the Curt trailer hitch receiver, which is a Class 2 with a 1-1/4" opening. Part number C12031. This is what the hitch looks like once it's installed on your vehicle. It's got the 1=1/4" by 1-1/4" receiver tube opening. It's got the reinforcement collar around it here. It's got this 1/2" hitch pinhole right there. more
