Hi there Jeep owners, Finn here 2021 Jeep Gladiator. We're gonna be taking a look at, and showing you how to install Curt's Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller. We've gone ahead and plugged into that test box which simulates a trailer. So that way it gets the proper loads, so we can actually get an output from it. When you've got one connected we can, we do have some adjustments here. So this first one here that you'll see when you first plug it in, it's probably gonna light up white like this. more

So there's really going to be two main types of trailer brake controllers. Number one, we have a time delay brake controller, and number two, we have a proportional brake controller, which is what our Voyager is. Today, we're going to be going over and showing you how to install the Tekonsha Primus IQ trailer brake controller, here in our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. So here's what our brake controller looks like installed. As you can see here, we have ours installed here, right around where our left leg would be by this kick panel. Granted, you can install the controller wherever you would like. We are however limited by the length of our harness. more

Today, we're going to be going over and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite I-Command trailer brake controller here for our 2021 Jeep Gladiator.In order to install our brake controller here, we will need a vehicle-specific harness through Tekonsha. This is available in the kit with the brake controller. It's also available separately from the brake controller. In regards to trailer brake controllers, there's really two main types. You have a proportional brake controller and you have a time delay brake controller.Time delay brake controllers are a little bit older technology, and as the name states, it isn't an instant-on with our trailer brakes. more

Hey everyone, Conner here today at etrailer.com. Today we're going to be going over and showing you how to install the Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller here on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. So our Curt echo brake controller is going to be an excellent option here for our Jeep Gladiator. Now, one of the number one things I really like about this brake controller, it's wireless, therefore we don't have to have an actual physical device with us when we're inside the cab. Everything is going to be controlled with our phone. Therefore, we don't have to drill into the dash on our brand new vehicle to mount a controller and we don't have to worry about banging our knees on it. more
