Speaker 1: Today on our 2004 Infiniti FX35, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt class 3 trailer hitch receiver, part number 13558. This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. You can see it's got a square cross tube. Now the cross tube does hang down from the back of the vehicle. But it's tucked up underneath the bumper far enough where it's not gonna be readily visible. It's gonna be a class three. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2006 Infiniti FX35 - Curt- Video
Today on our 2006 Infinity FX35, we're going to be installing a curt hitch part number 13558. Before we can begin installation, we'll need to go ahead and remove your rock guards on both rear and lower quarter panels. There are multiple fasteners that we'll need to remove for each. With the passenger side done, we'll move over to the driver's side. With the rock guards removed, we now need to go ahead and lower the exhaust. To do this, we'll remove the brackets putting the exhaust in place at the rear of the driver and passenger sides then we'll remove your rubber isolator in front of the muffler. more

Today on this 2010 Infiniti FX35, were going to install part number 13554 from Curt. This is what the hitch looks like when its installed on the vehicle. Next well give you some measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack, or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin opening to the edge of the bumper is going to be five inches and from the top of the receiver opening down to the ground is going to be 15 inches. All right, now well go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. First thing you do is remove the splash guards from the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle. more

Today in our 2011 Infiniti FX35, well be installing the Curt Hitch, part number 13554. This is what our hitch would look like once its installed. Next, well go ahead and give you a couple measurements to assist you with selecting accessories for your new hitch, such as a ball mount, a bike rack, or cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outmost edge of the bumpers is six inches. From the top of the inside of the receiver tube opening to the ground is 12 and 3/4 inches. Now lets go ahead with installation. more
