Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Installation - 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at Etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2023 Mustang Mach-E. Adding a hitch to any vehicle, even on an electrified SUV, this is a performance model, really just adds to what you can do with any vehicle and that can include a ball mount, bike rack, or cargo carrier. So really any adventure that you're going on, having a hitch receiver makes a big difference. And this one's kind of neat. It's got its own unique feature and that's where the name Hidden Hitch comes in play, with the twist of a knob, you can see this goes back to an OEM look and then whenever you're ready to start towing or use any of your accessories, you can just simply pop this back in place. Now taking a closer look at our 2" by 2" receiver, this is kind of a unique one as you can see, here's the handle that unlocks and locks and this ratcheting mechanism as you raise this up in place will pop this open and you know, basically get this attached up to that receiver. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at Etrailer, and today we're taking a look and installing the Etrailer trailer hitch receiver on a 2021 Ford Transit T350. Now, this is how your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Transit, and it is an exposed cross tube, meaning you can see pretty much the entire majority of the hitch. But this is, you know, with a van like this, it's definitely gonna be used for a utility more than likely and you're not really going for that aesthetic look. But going along with looks, this is a matte black powder coat finish, which matches really well to the plastics. It also holds up against chips and corrosion long term. Now, this hitch in particular is two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, and that's gonna be great when choosing ball mounts, bike racks or cargo carriers, 'cause it's kind of the most common size and there's tons of accessories available. more

Adding a two inch hitch receiver to the back of your Mustang Mach-E is gonna allow you to haul different accessories, whether it's a bike rack or a cargo carrier, you can even pull small trailers with this. You just want to be sure that you're within the weight capacities of your vehicle before you start doing that. Having a two inch hitch receiver on the back of your Mustang is gonna be one of the best options that you can have when you're trying to haul different accessories. Trying to put stuff on the roof of the Mustang Mach-E is not super easy 'cause it sits a little bit higher off the ground. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Installation - 2023 Ford F-150- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the CURT class IV trailer hitch receiver on a 2023 Ford F-150. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your truck and this is a pretty well hidden cross tube. You can see a little bit of the hitch hanging down, but overall it hides behind the bumper leaving the only thing visible, the receiver tube opening, the safety chain loops. Now this receiver is a two inch by two inch, which is great. There's gonna be tons of accessories whether you're picking a ball mount, bike rack, or cargo carrier. And all of those are gonna stay in place with the 5/8 pin and clip. more

From the factory, not all F1-150s come with a factory hitch, and if you don't wanna plan on putting a bumper tow, you can pick up a hitch here, and that way you can load up your accessories and still tow. And this one is a nice, clean look. We have a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, and for the most part our cross tube is pretty hidden. So really all that you're gonna see is the receiver opening underneath the bumper. Now when loading up your accessories, you're gonna need a five eighths pin and clip as it does not come with the hitch. more

Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Installation - 2023 Ford F-150- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the Draw-Tite Class 5 Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch on a 2023 Ford F-150. Now, if you don't have a hitch on your F-150 or you want to get a little bit more capacity out of the existing hitch you have, installing this is gonna do it. This is a class five, meaning it's super heavy duty. Now, being a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening means that you're gonna have tons of options when it comes to bike racks, cargo carriers, or in this case, a ball mount, because this is really a heavy duty towing hitch. You can load up all your accessories all the same with a 5/8 pin clip, which is not included with the hitch, but a lot of times your accessories will come with one, and so this is gonna keep all of those in place. Now if you plan on having accessories loaded up and keeping them on the back of your truck, you might wanna look at a locking pin and clip. more

Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2020 Ford F-150- Video
Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2020 Ford F-150 that we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Draw-Tite Class V two-inch hitch receiver. Now if your F-150 does not come with a hitch receiver from the factory, this is gonna be a huge benefit, because typically the only option you'll have other than adding a hitch receiver to your truck is to put a ball in the bumper itself. And with that you kind of have to pick a size. The other thing is, if you've never towed with a ball on the bumper of a truck, it's really, really annoying because you don't have any ability to have any drop or rise to tow your trailer correctly. In addition to that, you're not gonna be able to use any accessories towing with the bumper, but this hitch is gonna allow you to have room for accessories like a bike rack or a cargo carrier, or specifically with this one, it's going to have a very, very high towing capacity so you can tow those trailers. more

First up being you can pick up a ball mount, put it in here and pull small trailers with it. Now this is not included with the hitch, a lotta times when you pick accessories, they're gonna come with those pin and clips. But if you wanna pick up a separate one, or if you have some used products that you need a pin and clip for, we have plenty of versions of locking ones here at ETrailer, which is really nice, especially if you plan on keeping your accessories on at all time. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Installation - 2017 Ford Focus- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at installing the CURT Class 1 trailer hitch receiver on a 2017 Ford Focus. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Focus, and the great part is, it's a hidden cross tube, meaning the only thing that you're visibly gonna be able to see from the outside of the vehicle is gonna be the receiver. And so you get all the use of a hitch without having anything gaudy hanging down underneath the vehicle. Now this is a Class 1, meaning it's gonna be an inch and a quarter inch receiver tube opening, so you're a little bit limited when it comes to ball mounts, bike racks, and cargo carriers. I have one of these on my vehicle because that's all that was available, but there are definitely bike racks out there and cargo carriers that will work with this. Either way, you're adding a lot of usability to your vehicle, and all of your accessories, no matter what they are, will be loaded up and held in place with a half-inch pin and clip. more

EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Ford Fusion- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look and installing the Eco Hitch trailer hitch receiver on a 2016 Ford Fusion. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Fusion, and the great part is this is a hidden cross-tube, so all that you're gonna see is the two-inch by two-inch receiver tube opening, and even the safety chain loops are nice and tidy here, so it gives it a pretty clean look while still being able to use a two-inch by two-inch, which is kind of the standard size for hitches. So when it comes to bike racks, cargo carriers, or even ball mounts, you're gonna have tons of options to be able to load up on your Fusion. Now all of those accessories are gonna stay in place with a 5/8th pin and clip, and this is not included with the hitch. A lot of times, when you pick up accessories, they'll have one included, so something to look for if you're also choosing accessories. And if you want a locking pin and clip, those are really nice, too, if you plan on leaving your accessories on the vehicle, that way you can lock it in place and no one can just walk away with whatever you have loaded up. more

The biggest difference right off the bat that you're gonna notice between this hitch and the hitch that came on this truck is that it's gonna have two hitch receivers. The hitch that came on this truck had a three-inch hitch receiver, but the owner of this vehicle has an in-bed camper. So the camper sticks out to here so there's no room to even use the hitch anymore. And what he wants to do is he wants to take a boat with him when he goes on his camping trips. more

Chances are it's gonna be a work van or you're carrying things around and the ability to add a trailer just means that you're gonna be able to tow that much more equipment with you. Now when putting a ball mount or any accessories in place you are gonna be using a 5/8 pin and clip and it's not included with the hitch. So you can pick one of those up generally with your accessories. Now if you're picking up a ball mount a lot of times those won't come with it but picking up a locking one is a really nice option too because you can lock that in place, leave it on here it's not gonna get stolen. more

And another great thing is it's a two inch by two inch which is gonna be a really nice standard size for a bunch of different applications, so if you're looking at ball mounts, bike racks or cargo carriers, you have plenty of options available. Now when you do put your accessories in place, you are gonna need to pick up a pin and clip. A lot of your accessories will come with them and you're gonna need a 5/8th pin and that's gonna hold all your accessories in place. more

Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Installation - 2022 Ford Maverick- Video
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install this Curt Class 3 trailer hitch receiver on our 2022 Ford Maverick. With this being a class 3 hitch it is going to have a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening that you can use to mount up your ball mounts, bike racks, cargo carriers any sort of hitch mounted accessory you might need. When using those accessories they will utilize the standard 5/8 hitch pin and clip to secure it in place of the hitch pin hole. And then if you do plan on towing the safety chain loops are more than large enough and easy to get to for your standard hooks as well as some of your more oversized ones if you've got those too. more

Hey everyone, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver here on a 2021 Ford F-150. So for starters, this trailer hitch is gonna be designed specifically for the models without the factory trailer hitch. So the factory frame out in trailer hitch, that is, so if you have that, this isn't gonna work, this won't replace it and it won't work in addition to it. So, unfortunately we don't have any options for that but if you're here because you don't have a hitch already on your F-150 that's where this Draw-Tite Hitch is gonna come into play. Hey everyone, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the etrailer, trailer hitch receiver here on a 2017 Ford Edge. So this is what our trailer hitch is gonna look like installed on our vehicle here. Now the entire trailer hitch has a matte black powder coated finish, which if you ask me blends in really nicely with the underbody paneling on the vehicle here really doesn't stick out much at all. In addition to the aesthetics it's also gonna provide us with some protection because it's protecting our hitch from rust. So adding a trailer hitch to your Edge it's gonna be an excellent option because it's gonna make your vehicle that much more versatile. Now we can obviously use the trailer hitch for towing but let's say we wanted to hit the trails or free up some space inside the vehicle for us and the family on those long road trips. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Installation - 2019 Ford Transit T350- Video
Today we have a 2019 Ford Transit T-350 and we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt 2-inch Class 3 Hitch Receiver. A 2-inch Hit Receiver is very useful. If you're one that is using it for towing I would definitely recommend looking at some of our wiring kits for four pole or seven pole just to get the electric back to your trailer. So all your lights and functions work. Also with you sports and rec people out there with this you have a lot of passengers inside so it'd be nice to get some more cargo space out here because the roof is kind of tall. Roof rack is gonna be a little bit more difficult to do but you can use that for that. more
