So with this hitch having the smaller inch a quarter by inching a quarter opening, this will be a good choice for the those of you that are primarily plan on only using smaller bike racks and things like that especially if you already have a bike rack with this saris hitch that inch and quarter by inch and a quarter shank and you don't feel like having to pick up a new bike rack.
