Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer today on our 2024 Escape, we're going to be showing you how to install the Curt trailer hitch receiver. But before we do that, why don't you check it out and make sure that this is something that's going to work for you. So right off the bat, I do want to address one of the big questions that a lot of people ask. And that is if the hitch is going to interfere with your hands free lift gate assist, and the answer is no, it still is going to work. You're just going to have to kick your foot to either side of the hitch. So, you know, it might take you a couple of tries to kind of get used to it and kind of find that sweet spot. more

Hi there Ford owners today your 2020 Ford Escape. We're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Draw Tite's Class III, two inch trailer hitch receiver. And this is what our hitch is gonna look like when it's installed. The cross tube does tuck up behind the bumper. So you won't be able to see that there. You'll just see the receiver here at the back. more

Ryan: Hey, everybody. Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2020 Ford Escape, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver. So, right off the bat, when it comes to the way the hitch is going to look on the back of the Escape, in my opinion, I don't think it looks all that bad, especially for being completely visible. It's going to sit a little bit further back and just blend into the back of your SUV. Now, with the hitch in place, it's going to allow us to not only do a little bit of towing but use those hitch-mounted accessories, things like bike racks and cargo carriers. more
