Hi, Matt with Etrailer, today we're going to talk about the Kuat Piston Pro Bike Rack on our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Now this will be a great choice if you're looking for a premium option that can hold a lot of your carbon or alternative frame bikes. Now what's gonna give you that ability is this dual wheel mount system we have and it's just gonna grip on to either side of the tire holding your bike in place. Now we're gonna have a 40 pound weight capacity per bike holding up to three bikes. Now unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate our really heavy e-bikes, but this is a really heavy rack in general. So loading that up with heavy bikes would be a real handful for your vehicle. more

This is the Hollywood Racks Destination 4 hitch-mounted bike rack that we've installed on our 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. Now the Destination 4 is gonna be a platform-style bike rack, and it does have a curved platform to it, so that's gonna accept more different wheel bases on your bikes. Now just to note, this does make frame contact primarily. So if you are a little sensitive about your carbon fiber bike frames, this may not be the rack for you. more

This is gonna be a pretty solid bike rack capable of carrying up to five bikes. You'll be able to carry more than you would with most racks as they typically top out around the four bike range. So if you have a family with three kids then this is gonna be a good option because most other racks out there can't accommodate five bikes. And I will say with this there are limitations because one, it's a hanging style bike rack. more

Saris Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Saris SuperClamp EX two bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a platform style bike rack. This one holds the bike in these two wheel cradles and uses a dual wheel mount design. In this case, it means we have two wheel hooks ratcheting down over the top of each tire, really anywhere along the tire that it makes good contact and having secondary points of contact on each of those cradles in the form of wheel straps. And the result is actually a really firm hold although there is a little bit of movement here at the pivot point of the bike rack. more

CURT Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt Premium and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a hanging-style bike rack, and what that means is the bike hangs by the frame. Two attachment points up top with straps holding it down on the cradles and a third one on the seat post, keeping our sway down to a minimum. It doesn't entirely eliminate it, especially these rubber straps, they've got a bit of stretch to them, so it doesn't completely fix the problem, but it will help with bike to bike contact as you're going down the road. Hanging-style bike racks inherently are gonna have a few more limitations to them, and this one is no different. more

This is gonna be a platform style bike rack and one of the nicer ones at that. This is going to be able to hold up to two bikes up to 60 pounds each, so good for some of your e-bikes and it holds bikes by our front tire, primarily using this wheel hook. The wheel hook is a big deal because it doesn't make any frame contact on the bike so it's going to be a great option for carbon frame bikes as well as alternative frame bikes. more

So the Sherpa is very popular because it is a stylish rack, it has really smooth movements, and it can fit a lot of bikes. Now there are some downsides to this like if you have a very heavy electric bike, this has a max weight capacity of 40 pounds, but other than that, it's a really good fit for Hyundai Santa Fe and we'll talk about why. So the first thing we're gonna talk about is the tilt-away feature. There's gonna be this lever in the center of the rack. You're gonna pull that lever and just let the rack drop down to a tilt. more

So the Kuat Sherpa is a pretty good bike rack when it comes to the premium features that you would expect from a Kuat bike rack, but not as pricy as say a Kuat NV So we'll take a look at the different features, the different specs, different measurements just to see if it's the right fit for your bicycles and your Hyundai Santa Fe. Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Hi there Hyundai owners, today on your 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be taking a look at Swagman's XC2 two-bike platform rack. This two-bike platform rack's gonna be great for mountain bikes, or larger bikes as well, up to a tire width of about three inches. So you can put just about anything on here, and they do have staggeredness to them so that way you don't have to worry about your handlebars contacting. And we have frame contact that holds our bike into place. So this is gonna ensure that it stays in there very solid and that our bike's not gonna go anywhere. Now because this is a frame contacting bike, I don't recommend this for carbon fiber bikes as it could potentially damage the frame due to the vibrations. more

Today on our 2019 Hyundai, Santa Fe, we're going to be taking a look at the Thule Helium Pro platform style bike rack.The rack that we have here today is a two bike version, but there's also a one bike version available as well. But with that being said, one of the things that really separates this platform style rack compared to some of the others, is that it uses two wheel hooks, one on each tire. So, that's going to work out really well for those of you that have those carbon fiber bikes, you won't have to worry about any frame contact.Now, a lot of times with platform racks, when you get a couple of bikes on them, you run into the issue of putting that second bike on there and having interference with your seat, the second bikes handlebars can get jammed up and it can be a real hassle sometimes. That's not going to be the case with this one and that's because we're able to offset our bike. So if loosen up our wheel hooks a little bit, you're actually able to roll the bike one way or another, and clamp it back down. more

The first thing you'll notice is it is a hanging style bike rack, which means the bike kind of hangs around the cradles instead of being held by the wheels on a platform like in a platform style rack. Which means it might not be the best option if you have a carbon fiber bike like more expensive bikes, you're worried about scratching, the frame or indenting or anything like that if these straps. If you're just worried about any of that, this is probably not the way to go. You'd want to put it on a platform rack. more

So right away, you can see this is going to be a pretty awesome bike rack. Just by the way, it grabs onto your bike and holds it in place. When you have these two wheel clamps that we have right here, it's going to be really nice because you don't have to worry about any sort of arm that's coming down on your bike, especially with a nicer bike like this. You don't want any kind of pressure on your bike whenever it's carbon. more

What's up, everybody AJ here, with etrailer. Today, we're going to be showing you this RockyMounts MonoRail on this 2020 Santa Fe.First thing you'll notice is it's a single-bike bike rack. If you only have one bike, you go do the trails by yourself, like I do, this is all you need, really. But, if you're worried about buying a single-bike rack, and then all of a sudden needing to carry two bikes if a friend wants come with you or something like that, you can pop this off and do an add-on of another one, and then it carries two bikes. But today, we're just going to focus on the MonoRail, just one bike.Right out of the gate, I want to show you, now, if you're like me, sometimes you forget stuff in the back of your car. I forgot my helmet before, and instead of taking the bike off, and the bike rack off, or climb through the back seat, which is kind of a pain, you can actually just tilt it down with the pull of a lever, which is nice. more

Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe S64678- Video
Hey guys, Zach here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Swagman CURRENT 2 Bike Platform Style Bike Rack on our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. Now the Swagman CURRENT is going to be an excellent solution to get some of your beefier bikes to your destination, whether it's your electric bike, like we have here, fat tire bikes. But it's going to do a really good job of holding most style bikes. The one exception I would say is with this being a frame mounted bike rack is, I wouldn't put your carbon fiber bikes on this. It's something that you're going to want to maybe look at a wheel mount. more

Ryan: How's it going Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today on our 2019, Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be taking a look at the Rola TX-102 Bike Rack. Now, I really like when a bike sits on the rack. It's going to be high enough off the ground, but we don't have to worry about anything down there, but it's not just set up so high that it's going to block, or obstruct the view of the back window.Your bike's is going to be held in place at three spots. We're going to have two straps, here on the top tube, and a strap down here. And this will act as anti-sway strap and that'll help prevent any bike to bike contact. more

Today on our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe we're going to be taking a look at the Reese hitch mounted three bike rack, which is also available in a two bike, as well as a four-bike version.One of the things I really like about the rack is how simple it is to use.
