Why do you need a ladder rack system on the back of your vehicle That is gonna give you ability to use available space on the vehicle that you otherwise would not be able to access. So especially with a Ranger, it's a smaller truck so you don't have a lot of bed space. So you can get some of your bulkier items up and increase how many things you can take out when you're on your journey. To assist with that, there are a few different options. If you look at your HD crossbars, you're gonna have tie tie downs on both ends and a T slide at the very top. more

Now, this is a really nice and simple ladder rack that's going to allow you to get elongated loads like ladders, maybe some lumber so that you can extend it over the cab of your pickup. You don't have to drive with your tailgate open for those loads. You don't have to have them sticking out of the bed. If your tailgate up, it's a lot safer to haul this stuff on the ladder rack, have it secured while you're headed down the road. more
