So as you start to turn with these shorter beds, as you turn, it's gonna slowly slide back. The cool thing about this one is you don't have to get out of your truck to activate that feature. more

Hello, neighbors! It's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at a replacement BMW sliding base for your 5th wheel companion. Now, if you are taking a look at this, chances are that you probably already have a BMW receiver and you wanting to either change this up because you went from a long bed to a short bed, or maybe you just want a little bit of adjustability and you want to upgrade your old system. Either way, this is gonna be a great option to be able to just get this without having to buy the whole 5th wheel kit itself. And so, it's gonna be pretty simple in the fact that it's still gonna use your companion receiver head here and it's gonna drop on just the same. So if you are upgrading or replacing a damaged slider base, this is gonna go on just the same as you would on your previous one. That's gonna drop in and just grab your pins in place now. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Curt PowerRide fifth wheel trailer hitch. So, this is what our PowerRide fifth wheel hitch looks like. As you can see here, all of our components have that dark gray finish, which is actually a powder-coated finish. Therefore, it's gonna be very durable. Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2017 GMC Sierra 2500, we're going to be checking out the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel. So, right off the bat, you may be wondering what's different about this 5th wheel hitch than a lot of the other ones And what it does differently is right in the name: Autoslide. So, what happens is, when you're hooked up to your trailer and you make a tight turn, or anything like that, what's going to happen as the head is going to automatically slide back and give you quite a bit of extra clearance. That way, you know, when you make those turns, the trailer, you're not going to have to worry about it coming in and taking out a cab corner or busting your glass out or anything. And that happens more than you would think on these short bed trucks. more

Hi there, Ford owners. Today on your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Reese's Under-Bed Rail Kit for both 5th wheels and goosenecks. And this is what our hitch rail system looks like when it's installed. You can see here, we've got our gooseneck hole in the center as well as a puck system that's very similar to a factory set up for a 5th wheel to drop in. This is gonna be probably the best setup here if you don't have a factory setup 'cause you can easily drop in your 5th wheels without having to install like an over the bed rail kit or something like that. They just drop right down into these pucks, making it quick and easy to get those in place. more

This one has the manual slide as well, so if you've got a short bed truck, it's gonna give you the extra clearance you need from your cab. Now you can see here, this one you can tell has been pretty heavily used, and that's because this customer has had this in service for a couple of years now. And he recently upgraded to a new truck, and since this is designed to drop right into Ford trucks with a factory fifth wheel prep package, when he got his new one here, he was able to take it out and just slide it right into his new truck. So you can see here that this is a lifetime investment that's gonna give you plenty of service, and even as you upgrade your components around you, it still has a place. more

Hi there, Ford owners paying your 2021 Ford F450. We're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Reese's OEM prep package to above-bed fifth wheel plate adapter. So getting an adapter like this, that will go into your factory puck, gets really great if you have an existing fifth wheel at home that you wanna be able to reuse, or if you just prefer that standard style and it does kind of offer a little bit more versatility 'cause if you've got this adapter, you can always go from one to the other. So if you wanna make changes in the future, you could always make those changes, and you can hook up to just about any type of fifth wheel with this. And, just like with a regular fifth wheel, this part here is gonna be removable. So it's nice if you wanted to have full truck bed access again, put it back to factory, you can just pull the pins located on each side. more

We're going to be taking a look at Reese's M5 fifth Wheel Hitch for Ford vehicles with a prep package for fifth wheels. You can get this at either a 27K or a 20K model. We're showing up 27K today. Now, if you have a factory puck system, a hitch like this it's gonna install extremely easy. You do have to do a little bit of pre-assembly to attach the parts once you get them from the box, but once it's assembled you could either do it in the truck bed which we're going to be showing you how to do because it's easy to do if you're doing it all by yourself or if you've got a friend there to help you you can assemble it out of the truck. What you'll want to do to remove and insert your fifth wheel hitch for the whole assembly. more

Hi there Ford owners, today in your 2021 Ford F450, we're gonna be taking a look at, and showing you how to install, Reese's M5 fifth wheel hitch, for Ford vehicles, with a prep package ,for fifth wheels. You can get this at either a 27 K or 20 K model. We're showing off the twenty seven K today. Now, if you have a factory puck system, a hitch like this, it's going to install extremely easy. You do have to do a little bit of pre-assembly, to attach the parts, once you get them from the box, but once it's assembled, you can either do it in the truck bed which we're gonna be showing you how to do, Cause it's easier to do, if you're doing it all by yourself, or if you've got a friend there to help you, you can assemble it out of the truck. What you'll want to do to remove and insert your fifth wheel hitch, for the whole assembly. more

These rails are going to allow you to install your BMW turnoverball gooseneck trailer hitch. If you already have one from another vehicle, you're getting a new vehicle, or maybe you got one secondhand, something along those lines, this will allow you to install that trailer hitch in place underneath your truck bed so that you can haul your gooseneck trailers.Now, these bars are going to be a custom fit for your 2020 and newer GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and 3500, as long as they don't already have that OEM prep package.
