Now whether you're looking to tow a trailer or a camper or add some other hitch mounted accessory like a bike rack or a cargo carrier to the back of your Durango, a hitch is gonna be a great way to get all of that done and add a lot of function to your vehicle. With this being a Class III hitch it's going to give you a two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, which is gonna be great for accepting the widest range of accessories. That two inch by two inch opening is gonna be pretty standard across bike racks, cargo carriers, ball mounts, things of that nature. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at Etrailer, and today we're taking a look at installing the EcoHitch class three trailer hitch receiver on a 2018 Subaru Outback. This is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Outback, and it's a nice clean look. We have a hidden hitch essentially, so all that you're gonna see when it's installed is gonna be the two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, as well as the safety chain loop. Hi John with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Draw-Tite hitch. It's a class three receiver hitch and we've installed it on our 2023 BMW X5. Now right off the bat, we'll show you one of the biggest feature that everybody likes about this hitch is that this receiver tube can drop straight out of here and you're left with that clean factory look. Push in, rotate the knob, the receiver housing can come right off. Also, very nice, it has a blow molded case, so, when you're done towing, you can simply store it inside the blow molded case, throw it in your car and forget about it until you need it for next time. more

This is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Camry. And the great part is it's a hidden cross tube, meaning the only thing that you're gonna see exposed from the hitch is gonna be the inch and a quarter receiver tube opening and the safety chain loop. So you get a nice clean look, but with all the usability of your hitch. Now, being that this is a class one hitch the engine a quarter does limit you a little bit when it comes to ball mounts, bike racks, or cargo carriers. But I have one on my own personal vehicle and that's really all that's available. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Installation - 2017 Ford Focus- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at installing the CURT Class 1 trailer hitch receiver on a 2017 Ford Focus. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Focus, and the great part is, it's a hidden cross tube, meaning the only thing that you're visibly gonna be able to see from the outside of the vehicle is gonna be the receiver. And so you get all the use of a hitch without having anything gaudy hanging down underneath the vehicle. Now this is a Class 1, meaning it's gonna be an inch and a quarter inch receiver tube opening, so you're a little bit limited when it comes to ball mounts, bike racks, and cargo carriers. I have one of these on my vehicle because that's all that was available, but there are definitely bike racks out there and cargo carriers that will work with this. Either way, you're adding a lot of usability to your vehicle, and all of your accessories, no matter what they are, will be loaded up and held in place with a half-inch pin and clip. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2019 Chevy Equinox, and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the CURT Class 3 two inch hitch receiver. Now there's a couple of different reasons why you would want to add a hitch receiver to your vehicle. The Equinox has a lot of space on the inside, but when it comes to hauling a bike rack, or hauling bikes, or hauling extra cargo a bike rack or a cargo carrier is a very, very good way of getting that stuff to where you need it to go. Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Installation - 2023 Toyota Highlander- Video
Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2023 Toyota Highlander, we're going to be showing you how to install the Curt trailer hitch receiver. Before we do that though, why don't we take a couple of minutes, check this out and make sure it's going to be right for you. Putting a hitch on a Highlander just makes sense, you know, these are super popular SUVs, and they're really capable and people do a lot of different things with them, you know So, whether if you're trying to use an accessory like a bike rack or a cargo carrier or pull a trailer around or do a little bit of both, this one's definitely going to get the job done. Something I want to mention right away is that this hitch is going to work with all the models except the XSE, it won't fit that, but not to worry if that's the submodel you got there's a lot of different options available that will work with it. With that said though, this one will work with all the other submodels as well as hybrids too. more

EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Ford Fusion- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look and installing the Eco Hitch trailer hitch receiver on a 2016 Ford Fusion. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Fusion, and the great part is this is a hidden cross-tube, so all that you're gonna see is the two-inch by two-inch receiver tube opening, and even the safety chain loops are nice and tidy here, so it gives it a pretty clean look while still being able to use a two-inch by two-inch, which is kind of the standard size for hitches. So when it comes to bike racks, cargo carriers, or even ball mounts, you're gonna have tons of options to be able to load up on your Fusion. Now all of those accessories are gonna stay in place with a 5/8th pin and clip, and this is not included with the hitch. A lot of times, when you pick up accessories, they'll have one included, so something to look for if you're also choosing accessories. And if you want a locking pin and clip, those are really nice, too, if you plan on leaving your accessories on the vehicle, that way you can lock it in place and no one can just walk away with whatever you have loaded up. more
