Hey everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Firestone Ride-Rite air helper springs for the rear axle. But before we do that, let's just take a minute, check these out, and make sure they're gonna be the right solution for you. So if you're watching this right now, chances are pretty good you've probably noticed some issues with your suspension performance whenever you're towing a trailer down the road, and probably getting some of that squat once you get hooked up. Truck's probably sagging down a little bit and just overall bad ride. A lot of times what happens, the back will squat, the front will lift up so your headlights are up in the air, you lose some of your steering performance, your braking performance. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the SumoSprings Front Helper Springs on a 2022 Forest River Forester. Suspension enhancement is something that a lot of people overlook, but as you're out on the road, especially in a Sprinter, you probably notice they're a little bit top heavy feeling, and sometimes that translates to when you're driving it, it just doesn't feel as planted because it's leaning. And so cutting down on that sway while driving is really gonna just give you a little bit more confidence in your steering, your braking, and just less sway back and forth. So whether it's a gust of wind from a semi or if you're in heavy torrential rain, whatever it may be, feeling more planted and really being connected with the road a little bit more and reducing that body sway is really gonna just make a better overall driving experience every time you use it. And that's the great part about these is once they're installed, there's no maintenance. They're already ready to go, and these are super easy to get in place. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at eTrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the SumoSprings Rear Helper Springs on the 2022 Forest River Forester. Adding suspension enhancements to any sprinter, whether it be an RV or a cargo sprinter, is gonna be a huge upgrade. I've driven a sprinter plenty of times out on the road and it feels very top heavy whether you're turning or just getting side gusts. Either way, there's a lot of sway and if you can minimize that, it's just gonna make for a better driving experience. You're gonna get better feel in the steering wheel, better braking, and just overall a better ride for you and either the people riding with you or the components of your vehicle inside of there. Also, adding some suspension enhancement is going to prolong the lifespan of the suspension that's on there from the factory because it's not allowing it to sag all the way down and kind of at a range where that suspension can't do the work. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2022 Ford F-250 and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs. Adding Air Helper Springs to the back end of your F-250 is gonna do a couple different things. First and foremost, it's going to add extra support in the rear end of your truck, whenever you're hauling a heavy load in the bed or if you have a trailer behind it that's causing the rear end of your truck to sag, it's going to help add support back to it to bring the truck back up to a level position. Now when using these, you still want to have a little bit of sag from factory ride height because your truck will have rake from the factory that is designed to counteract some of that weight. You will want a little bit of sag, but not, you don't want the back of your truck to be crushed by the weight that you're hauling. more

Air helper springs are going to be a suspension enhancement that is designed to help to some of the load that you have, either in the bed of your truck or on the hitch behind your truck. To show you a little bit better what we mean, we're gonna go underneath the truck and show you what they look like when they're installed. Now, underneath our vehicle you can get a much better look at the airbags and what they're actually accomplishing. So, you can see our bracket here is bolted up to our frame and it's gonna take the place of your jounce bumpers, and it's bolted down to our axle also. more

They work really good for trucks that have like a sliding camper or maybe your spreading salt and that kind of stuff in the wintertime, these are gonna give you that boost of suspension to help you not bottom out, sag, and also keep your truck lights, tow vehicle lights, straight level where you want 'em. They are gonna improve the comfort of your ride and they allow the leaf spring ample movement and at it cushions light loads. Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Rear Air Helper Springs Installation - 2019 GMC Sierra 1500- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look, and installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000, Ultimate Rear Helper springs with internal jounce bumper on a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. Now adding airbags to any truck is gonna be great, especially if you have a bunch of different loads that you may tow, that maybe vary because you get the adjustability of having different air pressures for different loads, and it's just gonna take a lot of the strain off your factory suspension, it's gonna keep the vehicle from squatting, and overall, you're just gonna have a level ride which translates to better steering, better braking, and your headlights aren't gonna be shining up, there's a lot of different things, but overall, it's just gonna make it better for the driver. A lot of times, once you air those bags up with that heavy load, instead of the truck kind of sagging down and feeling like it's struggling, it's gonna give it that little extra supplemental help on that suspension to really feel like it's got a little bit more gusto to tow that trailer. Now these replace your factory jounce bumpers, which from the factory, they're fairly small, they bolt up here, and others actually has a lift plate that closes up the gap. But the problem is, is that suspension, it has to compress a decent amount before it bottoms out, and that means that truck is gonna sag all the way down until it bottoms, and then at this point, you're really not getting a whole lot of cushion, and that's where these come into play. You can adjust the pressure for, you know, the weight of the trailer, but also these have an internal jounce bumper, so it's gonna act as a bump stop as you're going down the road, so you still get that nice comfort of going down without a trailer loaded, but also it's heavy-duty enough to really supplement. more

We've installed this on a RV style sprinter chassis, but I've driven a Sprinter as a delivery vehicle for a little bit, and it all shares the same sway issues. So adding these to either a cargo van or an RV is gonna be a great option, and it's gonna work all the same. Now taking a look at the factory jounce bumper compared to our Sumo Spring, you can clearly see the difference. Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look and installing the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs for the rear axle on a 2020 Winnebago View. Now, taking a look at the factory jounce bumper compared to our SumoSpring, you can clearly see the difference, and this is where that sway control really comes into play because as we're leaning on our vehicle, this takes a while to engage, hit the axle, and then kind of fight against it, where this one's gonna engage pretty quick, not really letting the vehicle sway much. And so it's gonna fight against it on both sides, just kind of closing that gap. And also, it's contoured to the axle, so that's pretty nice. Definitely the difference here is just gonna be how quickly it engages, and that's really gonna prevent your suspension from sagging down and being overworked. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at Etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the SumoSprings solo custom rear helper springs. And these are gonna be a great addition to replace your factory jounce bumpers for an overall better ride. Adding taller jounce bumpers to any vehicle generally is going to help a lot with sway control, and what does that mean It's essentially, if your vehicle feels top heavy, or just as you go around a corner, it has a hard time kinda getting back in its place before making a turn. That's because the vehicle's swaying, and these are gonna engage faster, so it's gonna eliminate or reduce a good amount of that sway, giving you better steering feedback, better braking, and just overall more comfort while going down the road. And just having a little bit less sway while you're driving is gonna cut down on any white-knuckle driving, so if winds hit the side of the vehicle down the highway and you kinda feel it gust around, it's gonna really help with that as well. Now taking a look at the factory jounce bumper compared to our SumoSpring, you can clearly see the difference, and this is where that sway control really comes into play. more

Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the SES Coil Enhancement System from Timbren, and we're gonna be showing it on our 2022 Toyota RAV4. We already have ours installed, and the first thing I want to do is take it through our test course and drive around with it and just see how it performs without any weight on the RAV4. Most of the time, that's probably how you're gonna be driving anyway and you don't want it to affect the ride quality of the vehicle without any weight in it. So we'll see how it does. Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement Installation - 2023 Jeep Gladiator- Video
Hi, Matt with etrailer, and today we're gonna be talking about our Timbren's rear suspension enhancement system on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. So we took off our tires so we can give you a better look at this. Now this is what it's gonna look like when it's installed. This is gonna go into this jounce cup at the top. And taking a look at this jounce cup, this is more of a last ditch effort to protect your axle because we're gonna have this coil spring back here, but if you hit any really big bumps or anything like that, this is just gonna stop your axle from making contact at the top. Now this isn't that great. more

Timbren Front or Rear Suspension Enhancement Installation - 2023 Jeep Gladiator- Video

They're gonna sit just within our coil spring. And on the rear, they're gonna sit right off side of it, just on the side. Timbren Front Suspension Active Off-Road Bumpstops Installation - 2023 Jeep Gladiator- Video
Hi Matt with etrailer. Today when we're talking about our Timbren Active Off-Road Bump Stops for our front or rear axle on our 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Now these Timbrens specifically are gonna give you a lot more support as opposed to what comes stock with your Jeep, this jounce bumper right here. This is not a lot larger than it, but it's gonna give you a lot more support overall with this very durable rubber as opposed to this foam. So for how it's gonna install, it's gonna sit right in this coil spring. As you can see right now we had this taller Timbren in right now, but the installation for both of them is gonna be identical but just with a few exceptions. more
