Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer today on our 2019 Toyota RAV4 we're gonna be checking out our best trailer hitch options. We're gonna be looking at a total of five different trailer hitches. And so there's kind of a lot going on here and we'll do our best to kind of break things down and simplify 'em and kind of go through 'em. But right here, we're gonna have the Draw-Tite hitch. It's a class 3, two-inch by two-inch receiver, so it's gonna be great for all of your towing needs. Whether you're wanting to use it for accessories, like a bike rack or cargo carrier. Or if you're wanting to get a little bit of hauling done with a small utility trailer, maybe a small boat. You should have no problems using that with your RAV4 here. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Installation - 2019 Toyota RAV4- Video
Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com, and today you're going to be taking a look at the Curt Class III custom fit trailer hitch receiver on our 2019 Toyota Rav 4. And you can see it's going to have a really clean, nice, almost factory appearance to it because that crosstube's going to be mainly hidden behind the bumper here and the main thing we're going to see is the receiver tube sticking out.Now our hitch is a Class III, which means it's going to give us that two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, and it's going to have the biggest variety of options when it comes to accessories. If we need to make some room inside of our Rav 4, we can move some gear to the outside if we use a cargo carrier. Or if you want to hit the trails, we can put a bike rack in there and take some bikes with us. Or if we just need to tow a trailer, we can put a ball mount in. But regardless of what we're going to be using it for, we're going to mount all of our accessories using the hitch pin hole here on the side.Our hitch is going to accept a standard five eights pin and clip. more

And here's where our hitch is going to look like once we have it installed. Now you can see it's going to have a really clean almost factory appearance to it and that's because our cross tubes can be hidden completely behind the bumper. And the main thing we're going to see is the receiver tube sticking out.Now it is going to be a Class III hitch, which means it gives us that two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, it's going to have the widest variety of accessories available for it. So if we need to move some gear to the outside, we can put a cargo carrier in there and make more room for passengers or pets. more

Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com and today we're going to be taking a look at the Draw Tite Class II Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver on our 2019 Toyota Rav 4. You can see our hitch has a really nice clean appearance to it, almost a factory look that's because the most part of the cross tube is going to be hidden behind the bumper and all we're going to see is the receiver tube sticking out. Now it is a Class II, which means it's going to give us an inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter receiver tube opening. It can be great for cargo carriers or even bike racks or if you have some really light duty towing. However, the larger receiver tube opening on our Class III hitch, which is going to be a two inch by two inch, those are going to have the most options when it comes to accessories. Now regardless of what accessories we're going to put in, all of them are going to be mounted using the hitch pin hole here on the side.Now our hitch is going to accept a standard half inch pin and clip. more
