Here we're going to have a Draw-Tite, part number 75896. This one here, we're going to have another Draw-Tite, part number 76156. Here on the bottom we're going to have the CURT, part number 13200.One of the noticeable differences between these four hitches is this Draw-Tite here is going to have more of a square or rectangle-style crosstube, where our other three are going to have a round tube. Now this could make a difference on how it looks on the back of the vehicle.Now as far as our safety chain hookups, our etrailer hitch, our top Draw-Tite, and the lower CURT are going to have plate-style safety chain hookups. more

Here's what our hitch looks like installed.First thing you'll notice about the hitch is that we have plenty of clearance around our receiver, which makes this a great hitch to use for bike racks and cargo carriers, which is what we found that many of our customers are looking for when they're buying a hitch for the RAV4.Now, one of the unique features about this hitch that's different than other ones on the market is the finish. The eTrailer hitch features a matte black carbide powder coat finish, which is very scratch and rust resistant. A lot of other hitches feature a gloss black powder coat finish, which is easier to scratch and will corrode easier over the course of time.Now, on the side of our receiver, you'll find the industry standard 5/8th of an inch diameter hitch pin hole that you can use a pin and clip, which is available separately on our website, to secure any of your hitch mounted accessories. On the bottom of the hitch is our rolled steel safety chain loops. Now, what's great about these is if you're towing a trailer that has large diameter safety chain hooks like this one, you can still easily clip on and clip off without any issues. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Toyota Prius, we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Curt class one trailer hitch receiver, part number C11473. This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. You can see the cross tube is completely hidden behind the bumper fascia. The only thing you can see is the receiver tube, and it sits nice and flush with the edge of the bumper fascia so you don't have to worry about hitting your legs or your shins on it when loading and unloading the back of the vehicle. Best 2005 Toyota Sienna Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2005 Toyota Sienna, we'll be having a look at our best trailer hitch options. We have three hitches here today. All three of these are class three with 2 x 2 inch square receivers. Up top we have the Curt, in the middle we have a DrawTite, and on the bottom we have the etrailer.com hitch. First, we'll give you a brief summary.As far as weight capacity goes, we found the DrawTite hitch to be the winner here, because it does have the highest capacity of our three hitches. As far as towing goes, we found the DrawTite hitch to be the winner here as well, because it does have slightly larger and easier to use safety chain loops, and we do have the attachment point for any of our wiring harnesses that we may have.Now, from my personal opinion, if I was going to be buying a hitch for my Sienna, I'd be going toward the DrawTite hitch just because of the added features of the attachment point for any wiring. more

Here's what our hitch looks like installed. First thing you notice about this hitch, is that it is tucked as close to the vehicle as possible, to help maximize our ground clearance. All Toyota Sienna's out there, inaudible 00:00:24 have a hitch installed with them, you do have very limited ground clearance to work with, so just keep that in mind as you're pulling into a steep driveway.On the side of our receiver, you'll see two pin holes. The larger one here, that's your industry standard 5/8 of an inch diameter hitch pin hole, that you use with a separate pin and clip, part number PC3 on our website, to secure your hitch mounted accessories. Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Toyota Venza - Curt- Video
Speaker 1: Today in our 2010 Toyota Venza, we're going to be taking a look at, and showing you how to install the Curt Class II Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C12341. So, here's what our hitch is going to look like on the back of our Venza. It is going to sit right below the bumper and we are going to be able to see that cross tube. That is a class two hitch, which means it's going to give us an 1 1/4" by 1 1/4" receiver tube opening, and it is going to be pretty close to flush with our bumper, if not just a little bit back. So we're not going to have to worry about hitting our shin or our leg whenever we're walking behind our Venza. The way we're going to attach any of our accessories to our hitch, this is a hitch pin hole here on the side, and it comes with a 1/2" pin and clip, which is always a nice added bonus.And, since they are set back just a little bit from the hitch pin hole itself, we're not going to have to worry about any kind of interference with a locking device for the pinning clip itself. more

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2018 Toyota Corolla, you're going to be taking a look at . I'm going to show you how to install the Curt Class 1 Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C11265.This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. As you can see, the cross tube is visible. However, it does have a round tube design, so it's going to fit with the contour of the vehicle.This is going to be a Class 1, it's going be an inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter. It's going to have plate style safety chain loops and you can see it's got plenty of room for different sized safety chain hooks.Hitch pin hole is going to be half inch in diameter. Now, the receiver tube does sit nice and tucked up, underneath the bumper fascia, so you're not going to have to worry about hitting your legs or your shins on it.You're going to have a 200 lbs max tongue weight, which is the downward pressure of the inside of the receiver tube. It's going to have a 2,000 lbs maximum trailer weight, which is the trailer plus the load included.Now, I do recommend checking your owners manual to make sure your vehicle can withstand that amount of weight and you're going to want to pick the lowest number between the vehicle and the hitch.Now, Curt does recommend the use of stabilization straps for any non-wheeled loads.Now, this hitch does have a reinforced collar to give you a little extra stability on your receiver tube. more

Now the two hitches we'll be looking at today are both Class 3 hitches, which means they're going to have the 2" by 2" receiver tube openings. From the Draw-Tite we've got part number 75095, and CURT, part number 13443.Now both hitches are going to look pretty similar on the vehicle. The CURT has a square notch here. Your exhaust is actually going to fit through the middle of that. The Draw-Tite, it uses a little different bracket on this side. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Toyota RAV4, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt custom fit class two trailer hitch receiver, part number is C12108. Here's what your hitch is gonna look like installed on your RAV4. You're gonna have the rounded cross tube, comes all the way across. It's gonna meet here in the middle at our inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter receiver tube opening. You see that's finished off with the nice flushed looking reinforcement caller, sits inside the outer edge of our bumper, so it's gonna be easy to get to but not something you're gonna run into. Here we've got our half-inch diameter pin hole. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 Toyota Rav4 - Curt C13149- Video
Speaker 1: Today, on our 2018 Toyota RAV4, we're going to take a look at and also show you how to install the Curt Custom Fit Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number is C13149.Now, this is what our hitch is going to look like once we get it installed. You'll see our side plate's going to come down on each side, rounded crosstube comes over, meets in the middle at our 2" x 2" receiver tube opening. Now, the opening you can see, it's not quite flush with the end of the bumper, so you really shouldn't have any worries about running into it. We're going to have the nice flush reinforcement collar around the end of it there to kind of clean up the look. You'll see your safety chain connection points are going to hang up. There's a good amount of room there, so whatever size chain you want to connect you shouldn't have any kind of an issue.Now, with this being a Class III hitch with the 2" x 2" receiver tube opening, there are going to be tons of accessories and options you'll have for things to go in it, whether it's a ball mount, bike rack, cargo carrier, really anything else probably made in a Class III variety. more
