Today on our 2003 Dodge Ram pickup we'll be installing the Pop&Lock custom tailgate lock, part number PAL8340. Now, to begin our install, we'll first go ahead and open up the tailgate and remove the access panel. There are ten fasteners that will need to be removed and then we can set the access panel aside.
