Today on our 2010 Ford F150, we're going to install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring, part number F2525. We've already gone ahead and raised the vehicle up and removed the rear wheel. Now, we need to go ahead and remove the rear jounce bumper. There is a bolt up through the center of the bumper that attaches it to the frame.
