Question:
can I install the after market p3 and only wire the in bed plug for the one electric over hydrol trailer goose neck and leave the bumper ome integrated control for the electric only bumper trailers, with out effecting the computer system function on the truck. The read out on the dash set up shows the electric over as a function of the factory controler. Thans

What you are trying to do is definitely possible, but it will require you to hardwire the P3 # 90195 to your truck. The factory wiring harness that is on your truck will allow the factory controller to work but can't be used for the P3. However, it sounds like there is an electric over hydraulic mode on your factory controller so you may not need a separate controller for your gooseneck trailer with an EOH actuator.
I attached an FAQ on how to hardwire in a brake controller in a vehicle like yours to the left for you to check out. What will make the installation a bit easier would be to run the red wire from the P3 to the stoplight switch wire that is being used for your integrated controller. That will make the install a bit easier. The blue wire will obviously get run to the 7-way in the bed of your truck.
You will want to test the wires of the factory controller for one that sees voltage only when the brakes are applied.
