So I know the max is 7 1/2, but what are the other positions? Are they at 1 1/2inch intervals?

The holes of the ball mount portion of the # RP21141 are spaced 1-1/2 inches apart and there are 4 holes. So if the max drop is 7-1/2 inches in the lowest position the minimum drop would be 3 inches.
