If you have factory rails that run front to back, I recommend the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 and 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420. This Thule load bar will work with the Curt roof mounted cargo basket # C18115 you referenced because it is less than 3-inches in width. The Curt cargo basket # C18115 requires crossbar spacing of 15, 22 or 29-inches
On the other hand, if your 2008 Chevy Uplander doesn't have existing rails or crossbars, we currently don't offer any roof racks.
Anytime you are going to haul cargo on the roof of your 2008 Chevy Uplander, you will want to check the owners manual or with the Chevy dealer for what the roof capacity is for your vehicle. The roof capacity will let you know how many pounds you will be able to haul on the roof of your vehicle. For example, roof capacity minus the carrier weight will equal your cargo capacity.
I have included an FAQ and video review and installation video for you to take a look at.
