Quick-Connect Wiring Adapter to Install Prodigy Brake Controller in 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

Question:

I have a tekonsha prodigy 90185 controller that was previously installed in my 2006 Chevy equinox. I would like to switch it to my 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500. The silverado has the heavy duty 8 wire factory trailer package. Is there an adapter I can use to plug this controller into my under dash wiring socket? Thank you.

We do indeed have the adapter you need to install your Tekonsha Prodigy Brake Controller # 90185 in your 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Tekonsha offers Plug-In Wiring Adapter part # 3025-P for GM vehicles like your Silverado.

This harness plugs in at the back of the controller and at the under-dash port on your truck for simple installation of your Prodigy.
