Aero Bar Style Roof Rack for 2011 Toyota Tacoma

Question:

Im looking at the Rhino Roof Rack Euro 2500 for my 2011 Toyota Tacoma. The one Im looking at says the lock is included. Is this the lock for the crossbar or something else? Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you!

If you have a naked roof on your 2011 Toyota Tacoma the Rhino Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack is a nice option.

The locks included with the roof rack system are for the covers on the legs of the roof rack. Once the roof rack has been fit to the roof of your Tacoma you place the locking cover in place so the roof rack cannot be removed from the vehicle.

To order this roof rack you will need part # RRVA137B-2, part # RRRLKVA, and part # DK046. I have included a link to an in-depth product review video of this roof rack you can check out.

I am trying to determine if this setup will work for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD Sport with a naked roof AND a Yakima RocketBox of the following dimensions: - Total box length: 92 inches - Total box width: 25 3/4 inches - Box mounting bracket center point to center point: 32 inches - Box mounting bracket outer hole to outer hold: 36 inches - Box mounting bracket inner hold to inner hold: 28 inches - Box mounting bracket width: 4 inches I already own the Yakima RocketBox. The Yakima RocketBox fits perfectly on my 2012 Honda Odyssey factory OEM roof rack. I would prefer to use a Toyota OEM roof rack but from my research it seems the spacing on the OEM roof rack is not the right bar spacing for this box and the bars on the OEM roof rack are not adjustable in spacing. Would be helpful if you can confirm my understanding on this also.

For your 2013 Tacoma Double Cab the Rhino-Rack Vortex System consisting of parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK174 will work perfectly. This setup will have about a 43" crossbar spread - do you know what spread is needed for your existing box?
