Best Hitch Cargo Carrier and Roof Rack Cargo Box Recommendation for a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder
Question:
Hi I do have an Nissan Pathfinder 2014 I am looking to buy Hitch-Cargo-Carrier. What product you recommend Hard case or soft bag? What can be carrying more luggage? I will aslo maybe need a second option to put something on the roof. I do not having any croosbard at this time. Thank in advance to inform me.

It sounds like you need a lot of room. In that case, I suggest the GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier # H00604. It will hold 17 cubic feet of space and up to 420 pounds depending on the tongue weight capacity of your Pathfinder. My research shows that you may have as much as 500 pounds of tongue weight capacity, you will need to verify this with your owner's manual and check the tongue weight capacity of your hitch. You will go with the lowest of the three limits. This carrier weighs 80 pounds, this plus the cargo weight must stay at or below the lowest capacity of your Pathfinder, hitch, or the carrier.
For a roof rack I would recommend the Thule Aeroblade system that consists of part # TH711420 and # TH710401 as this is the quietest roof rack on the market.
For a great cargo box on the roof that will provide you with 18 cubic feet of storage space, I would recommend the part # TH6358B.
