Is there an adaptor that can bridge my 1997 Toyota Siennas 4 pin flat connector to my boat trailers 5 pin flat connector without performing any wiring or splicing work to the cars wires or to trailer?

The part # 20036 would be the best solution I could recommend for you, in order for the fifth circuit to be active you will need to splice it into the correct circuit of your 1997 Toyota Sienna though.
If that fifth circuit isn't needed then you wouldn't need to worry about it. But most likely you need it to run to the reverse light circuit of your vehicle to activate a reverse lock out solenoid.
I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well to show you how it would install on a similar vehicle as yours.
